The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location is only 10 minutes from the center of Tours, and very close to many of the most popular chateaux. The unit is completely private, well insulated and very quiet. There is a gate restricting access to the property, so it was very safe. All the amenities are provided, and if they are not on location, Dominique will do everything to provide them. He is a delightful host, friendly, helpful and so accomodating. Having sheep, goats and wild rabbits a few feet away added to the pleasure of staying here. In nice weather, walks along the river are only steps away. Highly recommend.

Group of 6 for a weekend, we had a pleasant time in the rental even though we stayed there mainly to sleep. The upper floor is still temperature sensitive, but air conditioning was waiting for us on arrival to keep the rooms cool. Retro consoles were much appreciated, allowing some people to relive their childhood. For those who wanted, some board games were also available. Hosts always responded quickly to questions and needs, both before and during the stay. Feel free to test.
