This is an excellent place to spend a long family weekend. Lots of space and different areas to enjoy at different times of the day. I would say the interior is very well presented and kept. The exterior recreational areas are pretty good, although some areas are getting a bit tired. The pool is quite small but fine for kids. It is well shaded, so good in the summer, but it doesn't get much sun early in the season. The surrounding area is forested, and there are lots of trails for hiking and biking.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

top cottage! Our plane was delayed but that was no problem because immediately when we were there we were well received. Clean and tidy and great environment. Everything is easily accessible by taxi , bike or foot. Recommended!

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

We went to spend a few days at Layla's house and it was the best decision. She is a very good and attentive host, the house is spacious and very well furnished for winter or summer. We really appreciate being able to enjoy the place.

i stayed n Cyril and Emilies caseta for a month and loved every minute of it. The house itself was perfect. The location was perfect for me as its close to the Sierra Calderona and easy to get into Liiria and Valencia. Above all though was the friendliness of Cyril and Emilie. They were lovely people and their family are lovely. I really miss being there.

This is probably one of my favorite Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Big, comfortable, near the metro but without being too on top of it or noisy. Easy to get into the city but still can relax away from it by the end of the day. I would easily book Carol's place again.

A lovely apartment in the heart of El Cabanyal; 5-7mins walk to the beach with lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Metro stations nearby but in a quiet residential area so peaceful in the evenings. Ground floor, so easily accessible, and well furnished throughout - well recommended!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

We had a great stay in Andres and Rocia's loft. The loft was very spacious, extremely well equipped and very quietly located. Distances to the city center and the beach were very doable on foot. Rocia responded very quickly to questions or requests we had. Really enjoyed the stay and it is not impossible that we will come back to Valencia again and then we hope to be able to stay in this beautiful loft again.

The photos don't do the house justice. It's super big. The rooms are much bigger than expected. The house is very bright. It has a giant covered/enclosed patio and a roof terrace. Everything has been recently renovated. Amparo is a sweetheart. I ordered from Mercadona and she arrived before me, and she put it in the fridge for me. The house doesn't lack anything. What's more, it has gel and shampoo, bottles of fresh water in the fridge, a small carton of milk, 2 beers and everything, all kinds of cleaning products, I mean, everything. One drawback is that Google Maps does not give the correct location. You have to look for it on Street View. It's next to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. It's on the corner. Ahh important, if you want to watch national TV channels, tell Amparo because you have to do it through an app. In short, great!!

A stay of 10! The house was spotless - everything was very clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the living-dining room and kitchen super well-equipped, and the bathroom is super clean. The terrace is also very cool, although we didn't get to use it. But what really made the difference was Antonio's details. Upon arrival, we find ourselves with water, coffee, chocolate, milk… a little detail! And the most beautiful thing: they had prepared a special little corner for my baby who touched our hearts. Also, although in the listing they did not appear a high chair or bathtub, I asked and in a blink of an eye we already had them. That kind of attention and affection is what makes Antonio a super host. 100% recommendable. Thank you for everything, Antonio!

Cristina was a wonderful host and she made us feel welcome and comfortable. The property was well appointed, with beautiful sky lights and terraces that we enjoyed thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

Despite not having been able to see us in person, the impression has been exceptional. He has always been attentive to what we need. A pleasure to have contacted her and very thankful that allowed us to enjoy her villa. Worth repeating!

The apartment was beautifully furnished and well equipped with amenities allowing us to have a relaxing stay. The space was extremely clean when we arrived, and we were able to check in early which we really appreciated. The location of the airbnb was great as it was less than 10 minutes walk to Ruzafa centre which is vibrant and full of restaurants and shops. A further 20 minutes takes you into the centre of town. Tatiana was extremely responsive and gave us great recommendations which provided us with a useful guide across the city. We will definitely be back, thank you!

I stayed with my family for 3 nights, we thought the place was very good, with a lot of peace and quiet in the surroundings, the photos match the place, we found it impeccable, the whole apartment itself, it was very good. Regarding the location, it is a bit far from downtown Valencia, however public transport is very good and it takes approximately 20 minutes so we had no problem with transport. There are also restaurants around to eat and a Mercadona nearby. Regarding check-in, it was very flexible, the father gave us the keys when we arrived and we really felt at home. I highly recommend the place.
