Perfect apartment after a long journey, what more could you ask for, everything is well thought out, very pleasant to stay in, very comfortable. Very complete equipment (nothing missing). We'd love to find rentals like this more often. We only regret spending only one night as a stopover on a trip, we would have stayed a few days as this small apartment is so nice, we immediately felt at home, the perfect environment, very quiet, peaceful night, the small village near the apartment is charming. And what about the absolutely adorable welcome from our hosts, Gina and Patrick, it's nice to meet such caring people who give all the advice, to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. This house has a very special, family-like, warm atmosphere. It is very well equipped, you can find everything there! The bed is very cozy... the shower is nice. The decor is nice. In addition to the house, we enjoyed its location in a beautiful small residence, in the wooded dunes and 5 min from the beach. Also well located for visiting the island.

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

Quiet accommodation, very well-equipped and very clean. Fenced and closed with a gate so great with toddlers. 2 steps from the beach across the dune, it's great. Children and I were delighted.

We were delighted to spend a few days in this accommodation: it is very well located, very clean, consistent with the photos, the place is quiet and peaceful and the interior is well appointed. There is everything you need on site, the bedding is of good quality. The balcony with sea view as well as the private parking space are a real plus. The hosts were kind and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay in La Rochelle. From the 4th floor we had great views of the sea and nice breezes. The beach was right there after you walked out the back entrance. There were several restaurants and bars along the beach. We will stay there again when we have more time to visit.

Very functional apartment. Quality bedding. Top neighborhood. Coffee in the apartment which is great! Philipe is proactive. The pool is a plus as a family. There is even a small sunny terrace in the afternoon until the end of the day. I recommend it!
