The property is an excellent starting point for visiting the surrounding towns in addition to the Sachsenring; Zwickau, Chemnitz, etc. In the area from the baker, shopping, etc. to the restaurant, everything can be found sufficiently. The house itself has a cozy feel-good atmosphere and everything is available and in order, it also has a pleasant size for a stay of up to 5 people. Although there were only three of us on our first visit, two more people would also have found enough space, both on the sofa and at the dining table or in the bedrooms. In addition to the toilet in the bathroom, the extra toilet is also good. The bedrooms are good and with sufficient storage and storage options, so enough space for all things, furnished, there were also desks in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. If back in the area, then back with Sylvia. Everything is great! :-)))

We vacationed as a family with 5 people in this great cottage. Everyone felt right at home. The house is first class equipped and is fully recommended on our part.

We had a wonderful weekend at Kathrin's "Haus an der Wiese". Only 7 minutes walking from the station, it was easy to reach by public transportation. The decor style has met exactly my taste! It was super cozy, the reading lamps perfect and the bed comfortable! Less than 5 minutes from the house we were in nature. The Augustusburg can be reached via forest trails, along streams and blooming meadows. We will be happy to come back!

We went there for the second time – and it was beautiful again! The house is wonderfully quiet, so you can relax wonderfully, and yet Annaberg-Buchholz is within walking distance. It's a perfect combination of recreation and experience! Gladly again and again! :)

We had 3 very nice days in Mat￥j's nice cottage. The house was clean, spacious, has good beds and clean bedding. The garden is cozy and private with a nice new garden set with pillows. The place is quiet, just some barking dogs sometimes. From home you can walk into the woods and we took beautiful walks with our dog.

We really enjoyed our stay at this really nice place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time in a natural environment. The place is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We lacked nothing! We took the time to explore the area and enjoy the tranquility. We were super satisfied with our stay and would love to come back. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Very comfortable, large, spacious apartment, fully equipped. A large, comfortable bed, and good contact with the landlord. Recommended!

I communicated more with Anna. I had reserved 3 weeks in advance and said that I needed a quiet place for my thesis. The day before arrival, she wrote to me that she had a band rehearsal the next day. At first I was confused, but she had a great solution (heated, furnished greenhouse) ready. Otherwise very quiet location, 5 minutes' walk to Kaufland. Small excursion destinations were also nearby. The place was very clean, lots of kitchen utensils, so it really lacked nothing. Outside there is a small table where you can eat/read/work in a great atmosphere. Great value.

We stayed at this property for the second time now and it was perfect again! Everything is clean, cozy and lovingly furnished. Location is great, and the hosts are very kind and helpful. We will be happy to come back!

It was great! Ivonne is a very friendly host and always helpful. The location is excellent for hiking, biking, etc. just a great area. The apartment is very large and beautifully prepared, there was nothing missing. Thank you for the beautiful long weekend.

We felt very comfortable with Werner. The apartment was an ideal base for exploring the European Capital of Culture Chemnitz. It is a little outside, but you can quickly get to the city center by car and public transport. Werner is an attentive host.

Were very positively surprised and exceeded our expectations. The AirBnB was very clean and had a very great ambiance. We were right at home.

The accommodation is on a hill, so it is a bit difficult to climb up, but the night view is amazing. It is quiet, the accommodation is the same as the pictures, and it is clean. I will stay at Natalina's house again next time.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is super equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also thought it was great that Netflix was available on both smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema is a spa town and a spa tax is charged. However, this was not high and of course must be paid by every vacation rental owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

Very nice apartment and host. The host was very welcoming and available even early in the morning. Everything was super clean, organized and well above regular Airbnb standard. Location is close to the center (5 min walk) but still quiet so families can get some rest away from the crowds. One big plus which is not to underestimate is the provided parking spot as parking in the city might otherwise be tough and rules are enforced by the police. Stayed with 5 people so one of us stayed on the couch but everyone slept perfectly. The house was very quiet and no partying neighbors. Everything was nicely prepared and the introduction to the place left no questions unanswered. 5/5 can recommend, would visit again.

We booked the place for a weekend in the snow and got the full package - it was an all-around successful stay and we will definitely be back. You enter the apartment and immediately feel comfortable. Everything is exactly as the pictures and descriptions suggest. The interior leaves nothing to be desired and the accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our highlights: the insanely great view and the bathtub with integrated sound system… Clear recommendation! :)

We had a great stay at Stefanie and her husband's. The two were extremely friendly and gave us great tips for things to do and restaurants. We particularly liked the quiet location directly on the Zschopau bike path. We were also able to return by train after the tour.

Jan welcomed us personally very nicely and parking was also no problem, The city center was within walking distance and it was a quiet house. Karlovy Vary is a beautiful city and especially in spring in full bloom. We will be happy to come back.
