Vacation rentals with a home theater in Kumejima, Shimajiri District

An excellent location with lots of walkable options. Only a 20min walk to Kokusai and we had a short 8min walk to Naminoue shrine to celebrate the new years. We had a great time while staying in the area to visit family. Highly considering this place for our next visit.

Great and flexible host! Place is located in a quieter area of Naha with great ocean view.

房源非常的舒适，卧室也很温馨，闹中取静的一个位置，早晨可以去公园散步，旁边美术馆刚好有hellokitty50周年展。 日常生活所需，下楼即可轻松解决。左转，穿过隔栋楼左侧的停车场，就能看到罗森便利店；若左转直走至路口，右侧也有711和全家。楼下对面就是竹虎拉面工作日不用预约，口味合适。 不仅生活便利，这里的交通位置也令人惊喜。前往DFS、渡敷嘉岛港口步行就能抵达；想去Parco City或国际通，有接驳的公交，打车的费用也恰到好处。 家庭出游可以便利店买点小零食，晚上坐在露台上喝点啤酒，聊聊天，开阔的视野，让身心都得到极大的放松。不管是日常居住，还是家庭出游，这里都是极优之选 。

오키나와 중북부 여행하기 정말 좋은 위치이고 숙소 내부가 정말 깔끔하고 좋았습니다!

一年前も利用させていただきました。今回も快適で大好きなお部屋です。 お部屋とバスルームからきれいな海を見ることができます。 駐車場がエントランスの前にあり便利です。 飲食店、コンビニ、バス停が近くにあり、車が無くてもとても立地が良いです。 洗濯洗剤、洗濯ネット、洗濯物干しラック、掃除道具、調理道具があり長期滞在に助かります。 全てのことに即時に対応してくださり安心して過ごすことができました。

沖縄の宿泊施設では珍しく和室で畳みの床で　大浴場あり しかもテレビ付きテレビを見ながら入浴　また、檜風呂で檜の香りが心地よく最高でした 旅路の疲れ癒やされました 恩納村は観光する所も近くにあり地ら海水族館にアクセスも良く琉球村や青の洞窟　残波岬があり大満足でした　しかもしかも　近くには沖縄アメリカ🇺🇸を感じられるアメリカンビレッジは　行く価値ありはるか水平線のサンセットもとても綺麗ででした 最後にやっぱり日本は和ですよね(^^)

这是一次非常棒的住宿体验～！ 三间温馨的住房，两间整洁的卫生间，两个风景优美的露台，一个明亮宽敞的厨房，一个舒适的客厅，一个便捷的洗衣房。 房间内的生活用品很齐全，房间主人能非常快速的回答我们的问题，帮助我们解决了入住期间的所有需求。 这里景色优美，离沙滩很近，沙滩很私密和安静，没有其他人只有可爱的寄居蟹。 周围购物方便，500米内有两个杂物店，两个咖啡馆，距离1000米的地方有BBQ和烧鸟餐厅。 总之，下次来冲绳我还会选择这里～！

Yu was a wonderful host! We stayed here for 8 days and enjoyed exploring the beautiful neighborhood. Yu was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He even tidied up while we were gone (with our permission of course) about half way through our stay. The house was very clean with great amenities! Would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful stay with beautiful views from 2 different level decks! The home was clean and inviting! I was thankful to have a comfortable mattress that was not hard as most mattresses in Japan! There are also firmer mattresses upstairs. The large bathroom was beautifully renovated! The response times to any questions were extremely quick! There are steps over a small wall to actually be on the beach. If you look closely you can see in the pictures. This did not hinder the view. The sounds of the waves were relaxing and the water was a clear beautiful blue! There were nice restaurants with good food near by. We walked to a close restaurant with traditional Okinawan live music! The large TV was nice and no problem connecting to our Netflix to enjoy movies at night. They had kayaks, snorkle masks and water toys for use! We had been traveling and staying in Hotels. This was a nice relaxing break at the end of our trip before flying home! Thank you for sharing your home!

子供連れで宿泊しました。 ジャグジーにサウナ、BBQ用品、Switch等設備が整っており、室内でも飽きる事なく充実して過ごす事ができました。 ベビーベッドやベビーチェア、おもちゃゲーム等子供用品も豊富なので子連れファミリーにもおすすめです。 室内もオシャレで清潔感があり、ベッドメイクも綺麗にされていました。 とても満足したので次回もまた利用させて頂きます！

The place was in a very nice and quiet area, overlooking the water. It was nice to be out of the way of the city, but still be within a 30 minute cab ride. Everything was described in great detail by Ryo in regards to all instructions for the house. Would highly recommend staying here.

The place is located in a residential area, quiet and peaceful. Not only it is near to convenient stores, but it is within 10 mins walking distance to a supermarket and a health & beauty store. So, more choices and options compare to what you can get from convenient stores. The only drawback is the staircase, which is rather narrow. Elders may have to take extra careful. Other than that, all good and we enjoy our stay, and will definitely come back again.

We really loved our stay here! The place was super clean, cozy, and had a modern design with a nice touch of Japanese style. It felt so peaceful and relaxing—surrounded by nature, it was the perfect place to unwind. The location was amazing too. We could walk to the beach and explore nearby attractions like the beautiful Bise Fukugi Tree Road, the Churaumi Aquarium, and Sesoko Island—just over the bridge—where you can enjoy all kinds of water activities. We also had a fun visit to a pineapple farm! There were plenty of local restaurants nearby where we got to try Okinawan dishes like soba and Goya Champuru—so delicious! We’d definitely recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to Okinawa.

WHAT A GEM WHAT A GEM WHAT A GEM! I wish I can keep this stay a secret so that it’s always readily available when we come back. Clean, with so many useful and thoughtful touches. LOCATION IS AMAZING! My kids loved it as well.

Lovely place with great views. Very spacious and the host was very friendly. Walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend this area since it’s located almost half way point of the island.

Beautiful accommodation, very spacious and homely. Stayed comfortably for 9 nights and would recommend to friends and family.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. There’s a large parking space with easy access. The aircon worked well, and we enjoyed the projector with Netflix and the Bluetooth speaker to play music from our phones. The washing machine and dryer were super handy. Our kids loved the playroom — they spent over an hour there every day with all the toys. The fridge was stocked with welcome drinks, including Orion beer from Okinawa. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked twice during our stay. Garbage sorting was a bit tricky, but our trash got collected, so I think we did it right. The only downside was the bedroom window without a blind, so we woke up earlier than planned. Sadly, we couldn't use the pool or BBQ due to rain, but overall it was a wonderful stay. Thank you, Hayato, for being a great host — we had a lovely time and made great memories!
