Village idyllic and still close to the city and beach..... Supermarkets 2 km away. 1 pizzeria and 1 farm shop on site. The separate bungalow is located on our garden property with private access and of course self-sufficient. 2 spacious rooms with kitchen, shower room, dressing room and large terrace are waiting for you!

This terraced house (approx. 100 square meters) is offered for rent when the owner is away or on vacation. We like it uncomplicated, which means almost everything stays as it is. The terraced house is ideally suited for 3-4 people. From here it is a stone's throw to the tourist strongholds of Travemünde, Niendorf and Timmendorf or to Lübeck. Due to the location on the Dummersdorfer Ufer Nature Reserve, you are in a fantastic environment away from the hustle and bustle.

Cozy guest apartment with a view of the Trave

My accommodation is a complete apartment in the annex of an EFH near the Baltic Sea beach, family-friendly activities and plenty of culture offers Lübeck to Hauf, bus stop 1 minute walk. You'll love my place because of the beautiful surroundings, the outdoor space on the veranda, the view of the Trave water, the fantastic sunrises over the water. Great for couples, business travelers, and families with children. The two mentioned bedrooms are gablechards (see photo).

Our apartment is located in the north of Lübeck, in the Schlutup district, near the Trave estuary to the Baltic Sea. It is part of our house, but forms its own unit with separate entrance, shower bath, pantry, as well as its own large terrace with dining table and outdoor sofa. These lounge areas invite you to linger and relax..... 7 km to the city center of Lübeck, 12 km to Travemünde and just a few steps to neighboring Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

The Lübeck district of Schlutup is located directly on the Trave and is a great starting point for various day trips. The sea in Travemünde or Niendorf - as well as the city center of Lübeck - can be reached quickly by car, bike or bus. The surrounding forest and heathland areas invite you to take long walks and bike rides. Via the A1 or A20 you can quickly reach Hamburg, Fehmarn, Wismar or Schwerin. It's also close to Hansapark (amusement park).

Als Teil eines 2 Familienhauses bildet diese Wohnung ein zwar kleines, aber gemütliches Apartment. Auf insgesamt 35 qm befinden sich eine Wohnküche, ein separates Schlafzimmer und eine geräumige Dusche. Durch das Schlafsofa ist eine Benutzung auch zu dritt möglich, wir empfehlen aber nur 2 Gäste. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück, gegen Kostenbeteiligung kann auch die Wallbox zum Aufladen des Elektrowagens genutzt werden.
