Heike & Andreas are incredibly nice hosts who make a lot of effort to give their guests a nice time through tips for the region and their vacation home. The two have created a true Swedish dream. Particularly great is that the two also provide their guests with a canoe at the nearby lake.

What a surprise when we opened the door! I had chosen the place based on the photos, but it was even more beautiful in person. Nice code system on the door so there was no fixed time for check-in. All the amenities you could think of were present and hanging on the sofa in the evening was also really nice (in the middle of our vacation, with almost only hotel rooms ;-)). Too bad for us was that we were in Borensberg outside the holiday season and therefore not much more to do in the place. We had one of the last canals on the Götakanaal, but then take a nice terrace or look at something was not included.

We stayed at one of Mattias's cabins in October and it was in a wonderful location and super cozy! The views are amazing, right on the beach, and it's comfortable and snug. The cabins are such good value compared to a hotel room and much more practical for a family of 4. Beds are comfortable, shower is good, the cabin was nice and warm (good heating system that can be adjusted). Smart TV so we could watch our own Netflix. Sadly the weather was rubbish so we couldn't sit outside, but still a 5/5- highly recommend!

Our stay at Cecilia and Mats was very nice. We immediately felt comfortable in our Villa Kunterbunt. Everything was there, well-equipped and clean. Our daughter (3 years) especially liked the dog Bruno and the cat Sture, who visited us every day. The large garden with swing and sandbox was also great for playing. Cecilia and Mats always had an open ear and gave us good tips. If we visit Sweden again, we will come back:)

We only needed an overnight stay one night and Elisabeth's guest house suited us perfectly. Nicely decorated and everything that you needed was available. Nice host couple and we can recommend staying with Elisabeth.

The communication with Jimmy was great. Jimmy was super nice and helpful. The lakeside location is great. Out of the front door via his driveway onto a little/not at all busy road down to the lake. The lake at the place is great. The short way into the accommodation is golden to get things. The garden and the seating area is great. The kitchen has everything it needs. Shower has power. Basically, as also described, it is a very small garden hut. In the best weather, you can only use it for sleeping anyway. If you want to be at the lake a lot and the weather plays along, I would go back to Jimmy again and again, even if it's not cheap, but that's probably due to the location.

Monica's house is very nice and large, equipped with everything you need to meet every need. The area is very quiet, about ten minutes by car from the center of Motala, and only 2 minutes from the shopping center nearby. I highly recommend it.
