we felt very relaxed, comfortable and at home in this private, charming, rustic barnhouse. It was in a peaceful location with lovely walks to the interesting old town and another alongside the little canal to the supermarket and tram station which we used to take a trip to the city of Utrecht. Would highly recommend and would like to visit again.

A beautiful house in a peaceful, quiet place. It has everything we needed for a long time stay. Jorrit is very helpful, ha was always avalaible if we had any questions. We definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed this beautiful house on 3 floors by the canal in a quiet area. It is ideally located to discover Schiedam and 20 minutes from the train station. Communication with Esther is perfect. She warned us of the steep stairs and provided a crib, we were also able to adjust the number of people (1 couple and 1 baby in addition to the 3 expected adults). If you are sensitive to light in the bedrooms, bring a mask. We have great memories of this stay.

Our host was incredibly nice and reactive. We definitely recommend her and her amazing house on the lac. The views and nature are stunning. We had so many beautiful activities (boat with a licence, free kayac, Gouda visits and museum, walks and bykes, restaurants). Clearly I have fallen in love with the region

What a lovely beautiful classic Hague home. We spent 2 nights here with great pleasure. Cozy by the fireplace next to the Christmas tree. Playing games at the large table. Fine beds in well darkened bedrooms. Beautiful centrally located with bus stop in front of the door for excursions in The Hague and surroundings. Sofie responds quickly and kindly. Definitely recommended.

We spent three wonderful days in this beautiful place. For us with 4 adults and a toddler, it was perfect. Everyone had their own bathroom and we had a large living room. The garden and the property are a dream! In summer it will be much nicer when all the trees are green! Hermanus was so super sweet and was always available! You can get to Amsterdam or Rotterdam super fast. We drove about 40 minutes to Keukenhof. We will be happy to come back! Thank you:)

Meineke’s place is in a great location, just an 8 minute walk to grocery stores, historical center of Gouda and the train station. The house is comfortable and very clean. It is very well-appointed with every kitchen tool you can imagine. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing that I think bears mentioning is that if you are sleeping on the top floor, you have to go down a flight of 13 steps to use the bathroom in the night. I’m 72 and need to do that once or twice every night and handled it well. There is a hand-rail and a night light. But, just something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues. Marianne manages the property and lives right next door. She greeted us upon arrival and was very responsive to all questions.

My family of four had a great stay! Everything was as described. Felt like a second home. Great location. Nothing to complain, would come again. Can definitely be recommended!

The apartment was as described and looked exactly like the pictures. The host was always responsive, he was really helpful in making us feel at home.

Carola welcomed us lovingly, showed us everything and gave recommendations for the area, restaurants etc. At the weekend we got cakes and there was a great wine to welcome us. Carola was very interested in making us feel good and like it. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and has everything you would need. It is spacious, clean and close to the train station and city centre. A fantastic air bnb, would highly recommend.

What an amazing house with beautiful decor! Really equipped with every comfort! lovely spacious bedrooms, living room, great kitchen, nice garden, right in the center, 2 min walk to the supermarket, free parking around the corner, 25 min from a beach, 15 min from a nice playground for the children. Communication was quick and nice, Fernand, friendly host, gave a lot of options for what to do in the area, there was a delicious Gin Tonic ready for us as a welcome drink. All in all, we greatly enjoyed our family weekend! Thanks again!

Don't have a bad word to say about the place. From the moment I booked the host was very responsive, gave us helpful suggestions for local amenities and online shopping. Was there to greet us and welcome us to her lovely home. The house is beautiful and is set in beautiful surroundings close enough to Amsterdam to enjoy the city but also enjoy the peace outside of it. Murielle was responsive enough to be available whenever we needed without being overbearing. If I was travelling back to Amsterdam with a large group I wouldn't hesitate to book again. We felt very comfortable and the house and garden are a dream.

We had a great time with our family and elderly parents. The setting is original and charming, the house is tastefully decorated. The canals and beautiful neighboring houses give an exclusive atmosphere to this pretty little country house. The location was perfect, 40 minutes from Keufenhof Tulip Park and 20 minutes from Amsterdam city center.
