We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment was clean, tastefully furnished and the equipment of kitchen utensils sufficiently available. The location is just wonderfully quiet, to relax. We recommend a trip to the island of Hiddensee, the ferry runs from Schaprode. Worth seeing if you are by car, the Skywalk am Königsstuhl followed by a visit to the 'Kleine Försterei', Cape Akona, a visit to the 'Büchezirkus' in Binz and of course the beautiful bathrooms. The place is as described and only a few minutes walk to the beach. We were very pleased.

We were completely satisfied! Plenty of space and everything clean. Location was perfect anyway. Towels, bed linen, washing machine incl. Dryer, vacuum cleaner... everything is there! We have been vacationing in Warnemünde for years and have of course already experienced some cases that were not worth their money. We will definitely book this spot again.

I was in Rostock for a weekend and was able to stay in Nicole's beautiful apartment. The apartment is centrally located, but thanks to the backyard it is nicely quiet. It is super equipped and sparkling clean. Nicole is very friendly and gave good tips. I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

The apartment we liked very much. We booked the parking space in the underground garage, highly recommended. Bicycle parking available. The apartment is located on the ground floor directly overlooking the ocean and lake promenade. Renting a beach chair is certainly also recommended during high season.

We felt very comfortable in this clean and modern apartment. High-quality amenities and tastefully decorated, with attention to detail. Despite its central location, it is incredibly quiet. The city harbor, the center and the KTV are within walking distance. Absolute highlight is the conservatory overlooking Rostock.

Anneliese picked us up from the bus station to ensure a smooth arrival. She explained everything thoroughly and was a pleasure to meet. The accommodation is in a great location next to many restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We loved our stay here.

the check-in at Christian's was personal and super easy. the apartment is on the 4th floor, i.e. it takes a little fitness to carry the luggage up. The quiet location of the apartment allows a trouble-free sleep and yet you are in a few minutes on foot at some of the most important sights of Rostock. Shopping is also possible around the corner (about 5 min). we liked it very much and we would book with Christian again anytime.

The location is great if you want to walk along the beautiful coast of Jasmund Park!

Super cute accommodation. We arrived by train and arrived after a 10-minute walk from Warnemünde train station. The beach is about a 15 minute walk. The ladies at the reception were all very friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is a dream, we felt very comfortable from the first minute. The whole ambience and the lovingly decorated and well-equipped apartment made our girls weekend unforgettable. Due to the central location we were able to explore Rostock super on foot, highly recommended an evening city tour.

Appartement in a beautiful garden full of flowers with very nice host, who was always around and willing to help us! Great place (near Prora and a beach, not far to all interesting places of Rügen) to stay for several days or even weeks.

Beautiful accommodation in a prime location from where you can start great hikes. The view from the terrace was picturesque and the use of the great wellness area after a long hike in the evening was optimal. We would come back back.

We stayed at the place for 4 days and we didn't miss anything. The place is super central in Binz. Everything was very clean and the equipment of the kitchen (incl. Dishwasher and microwave) a dream that we experience in very few apartments. Hosts are very friendly and flexible. We had requested a crib and not only got that, but also a cute children's towel, children's cutlery and a high chair. This is just a great service. Definitely recommend!

Super nice and quiet living. Andy's apartment was very pretty and homely and everything necessary was available, although the oven and I did not become friends 😅 The construction site next door is hardly noticeable, except that the lake view is somewhat limited, but there is still the cute gazebo outside. Overall, we are super satisfied and will probably knock on Andy's again next year 😊

An absolutely great apartment to relax and also a great choice to drive down in the cold season. The sauna is a real highlight, as is the whole other part of the apartment. Very modern and tastefully decorated and everything you need is there. Really great, we had a very relaxing and beautiful time here 😊
