Amazing place to stay in Kos! The rooftop is amazing with views to die for and private sun loungers and jacuzzi (not warm but perfect to cool down in the heat). The place is super private and you can walk to Zia (up a very steep hill!) but also take your car too. The host is great, sends regular messages and even gave us a souvenir when we left. Thankyou for a great stay and if we ever return to Kos, we would definitely stay here again!

Magnifique séjour dans la maison de Selma, grande, belle, très bien décorée et très agréable à vivre : ombre, piscine, terrasses, vue magnifique et environnement calme. La maison est très proche du centre ville mais le chemin est très raide. Nous recommandons cette maison !

We definitely recommend this stay. Our group of 8 fit comfortably. We were able to park our car right out front, and the second car a short 2-min walk away. It felt very safe. It was very charming and as described. The host was very responsive and provided us with some recommendations for our day trip to Kos.

Harika bir tatildi! İki özel suite odamız ferah ve dekorasyonu çok iyi planlanmıştı. Odalardan çıkınca doğayla iç içe olmak çok etkileyici, sanki özel bir tatil köyünde gibi hissettik. Büyük bar ve bahçenin her yerinden rahatlıkla duyabildiğimiz müzik sistemi çok keyifliydi. Bize özel havuz gündüz serinlemek için harikaydı. En çok etkilendiğimiz yer ise sunset terasıydı, buradan gün batımını izlemek mükemmeldi. Ev sahibi her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer!

Beautiful accommodation in a peaceful environment with fantastic views, walking distance from Zia. Located in the center of Kos island. Enjoyed every minute of it!

Eda, çok dost canlısı biri ve mesajlara hemen cevap verdi. Çok ilgili davrandı. Annesi ve babası çok tatlı insanlar. Bizi kahvaltıya davet ettiler (yemekte kuş sütü eksikti). Annesi çok sıcakkanlı davrandı. Dönüşte bizi uygun bir fiyata havaalanına bıraktılar . Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Konum olarak Bodrum merkez’de ve taksi ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde. Biz ulaşım konusunda zorlanmadık.

This is a very cozy, quiet apartment, in a closed area in the mountains. You come as if you were home. The view is gorgeous. You can walk to the sea. We came to the surf school, went there, we didn't go to the beach near the house, but it looks very beautiful.

Ebru was very communicative during our stay. We unfortunately had to leave a couple of days early due to airline changes. The unit was very clean and had a spectacular view of the harbour. The main town was about a 10 to 15 min walk. Our only complaint was the beds were a little hard to our liking but not Ebru’s fault. The rest of our stay was comfortable.

Das Haus von Ilias liegt wunderbar ruhig, abseits der Touristen-Hotspots, aber dennoch nah genug an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Für unsere kleinen Kinder gab es extra Spielsachen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Und der Außenbereich war einfach herrlich zum Entspannen. Ilias hat uns mit Gemüse und Wein versorgt. Einzige Minuspunkt, die vielen Moskitos, die es trotz umfangreichem Schutz an Fenstern und Türen irgendwie ins Haus geschafft haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir nochmal nach Kos kommen sollten.

Evin konumu harika, her akşam günbatımı manzarasına karşı yemek yedik. Evden merdivenlerle denize inilebiliyor çok yakın, site gayet düzenli insanlar güleryüzlü, bayramda dahi şezlong problemi yok, deniz sabahları çok sakin öğleden sonra bir miktar dalgalı ama girmesi keyifli ve su sıcaklığı olarak soğuk değil, ev gayet güzel döşenmiş mutfak eşyası olarak herşey mevcut, Berke Bey çok ilgili bir ev sahibi ilk gün ev temizlik yapılmış olmasına rağmen havalanması için açık bırakıldığı için tozlanmıştı Berke bey e yazdık ve hemen yeniden temizlendi ev, evdeki mangal biraz eski ve küçüktü biz söylemeden ilk gün denizden döndüğümüzde yeni mangal konmuştu verandaya, çok etkilendik açıkçası. Herşey harikaydı kendi yazlığımıza gitmiş gibi hissettik. İki tane kocaman verandası var püfür püfür klimaya ihtiyaç yok, evdeki malzemeler kaliteli, biz memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz.

Wir haben zu dritt die Zeit in Kos sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, Strände, Restaurants etc alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben die vielen Restaurants genutzt, doch es war schön sich morgens mit ein wenig Obst und einem Kaffee in den Hof zu setzen. Dort konnte man auch die Handtücher sehr gut trocknen. Vielen lieben Dank an Eirini, die uns bei Fragen immer weiterhelfen konnte ♥️ die Menschen sind sehr herzlich und lebensfroh, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und schön, sehr persönlich, geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt viel Platz und rundum Fenster. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet, die Dusche super. Die Kommunikation mit Helen und Dimitri war sehr freundlich und sympatisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!

Peaceful place in a nice area overlooking the town and sea, with kind and friendly cats and dogs who welcome you. Well equipped and clean accommodation, and the host was very responsive if we needed anything. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Το μέρος είναι ότι πρέπει για όποιον χρειάζεται μια χαλαρή και ήρεμη διαμονή. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ εύκολα προσβάσιμο, ιδανικό και κατάλληλο για τις ανάγκες μας, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και επιπλωμένο και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα που χρειάζονται. Ο οικοδεσπότης ειναι πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός με άριστη επιοινωνιά, δείχνει ενδιαφέρον για τους επισκεπτες και είναι πάντα πρόθυμος και προνοητικός για να βοηθήσει στη διαμονή σας.

Her şeyin mükemmel olduğu bir konaklamaydı. Petros çok samimi bir biçimde bizi ağırladı.Evin içinde tüm imkanlar mevcuttu. Konumu mükemmeldi şehrin içindeydi. Bir daha Kos a gelirsem kesinlikle burada kalacağım.

Schön ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto/Roller wird dringend benötigt. Toller Blick von der Dachterrasse. Das Haus ist mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man sollte aber nicht größer als 1,80m sein, da es eine Tiny-House-Bauweise ist. Das Bett war etwas hart, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!

Alex is een hele vriendelijke man. Bij aankomst stond hij al op ons te wachten en gaf ons een rondleiding door het huisje. Het huisje was erg schoon en Alex had van alles voor ons in de koelkast gelegd. Ook de shampoo en douchegel waren vrij te gebruiken. Het zithoekje zit precies in de schaduw waardoor je lekker kan afkoelen met de warme temperaturen. Alex reageert snel op je berichten en is erg gastvrij en behulpzaam! We hebben ons erg welkom gevoeld en raden dit huisje zeker aan!

You have to stay in this beautiful place, nestled in the mountains, with a spectacular view and you can watch the sunset. It’s off road so you need a car but centrally positioned in the island so exploring is easy. Zia is a stunningly beautiful place which you can walk to. The best sunset views and restaurants on the island. We were met by ourlovely hosts who couldn’t be more helpful, leaving us fruit and milk in the fridge and toast, biscuits and home made jam. We were given great recommendations for restaurants and beaches and Irene was only a message away for any needs. Extremely friendly and welcoming, meeting us in the early hours of the morning for that personal touch. The house is absolutely beautiful, traditional and so homely. The outside space is private and you can sit and watch the stunning view in absolute peace. There are lovely herbs growing in the patio area and an amazingly fragrant plant by the back door that only smells at night. An absolute must place !!

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.
