Apartment vacation rentals in Koutouloufari

This apartment has everything! Location is fantastic, near to many shops and restaurants, about 500 m from the waterfront and the old harbour, on the bus route to the airport….beds and even the sofa were comfortable for sleeping. It is near a busy intersection so there is a bit of traffic noise during the day, but no nightclubs nearby so no overnight noise. Eirini is a fantastic host and came to meet us personally. She left some nice welcome treats for us and this was very appreciated.

A wonderful week at the end of the season. Peaceful, well equipped and great views. Lovely host, felt so welcome. Perfect.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. Centrally located, clean, comfortable, surprisingly quiet with many nice restaurants & a supermarket close by. The underground parking was a plus, although a very tight navigate so we were glad we had a small rental car. Communication was prompt, friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience.

This is an amazing apartment, a great deal, a lovely place to stay and very hard to leave! As well as the stunning views out across Ammoudara bay, the beach is very close - no shoes needed - and the swimming is superb. George is a great host, it was very nice to meet him. We will be back.

This is truly one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at over 10 tens of using Airbnb. I stayed here for 5 days. The place is so comfortable with a touch of luxury. It’s well stocked with everything you need from kitchen supplies to toiletries. The outdoor space is so good for eating meals and chilling. The hosts showed me so much warmth and hospitality. Upon checking in, there’s a bottle of rosé already chilling in the fridge. They brought me fruits from their farm and a glass of wine. I can’t wait to come back here another time!

We spent four weeks here. Eleni and her mother are super hostesses. They were quick to respond to questions or issues. The apartment is well equipped, in a quiet location. Cars are parked in the cul de sac, but only pedestrians have access to the throughway. The flat is within a two minute walk to the historical, mostly pedestrian center, within the Venetian city walls. Nearby there are churches, museums, parks, restaurants, cafes, and a bustling nightlife. Supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, bus lines, and the beautiful port are all within minutes of the apartment. If you are visiting Heraklion this is where you will want to stay.

The place was super nice and clean and well equipped with great attention to detail and hospitality. Karolos was a friendly host and did his best to help us with everything! The views from the large balcony were beautiful and it was a lovely short walk for a morning swim in the sea. We stayed here just after the tourist season so the village was nice and quiet!

For the money we paid, we couldn't ask for more. Heraklion is my home town and finding my way round wasn't going to be an issue, but even if I was an unaware foreigner on his first visit there I wouldn't be troubled whatsoever. George was always available on the phone and helpful. The studio was spotless and functional as quoted in the advert. The immersion heater would heat the water within minutes, while the air-condition was handy. The main advantage of this place though is its location: there is everything you need right at your feet and if you are the pedantic kind of tourist the choice laid out in front of you will put your mind to rest. Within less than half a mile radius you have more bars, cafeterias, restaurants and shops your palate can handle. Only question is... do you know where you are going? I am Greek, so I do. A nice, comfortable and well equipped appartement with beautiful view in a calme place. The sea view is really nice, you can get in 10-15 minutes walking to Agios Nikolaios, and there is an easy acces to road to explore the magnificent island of Crete. We all felt in love with the island and it's habitants who are very welcoming and kind. Thank you George, we had a lovely stay in your place.

Fantastic flat in the heart of Heraklion, lots of great restaurants nearby. Place is super cl an, kitchen well stocked. The host is very friendly and responsive. Perfect.

We had a very good time in the extremely clean and well-stocked apartment. The location is great as it is just a few minutes' walk to the beach and the taverns in the village. The host was very nice, even providing us with an umbrella for the beach. We'd love to come back!

great place, great for a relaxing weekend. not close enough to the beach to walk, but it is easy and fairly cheap to get a taxi. we went during the off season, but it was still plenty warm and enjoyable

I can’t say that enough about Nikoloaos and his wife as hosts! They were so incredibly kind and responsive. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and fun. By far the best Airbnb hosts I’ve encountered in my travels. I would very highly recommend a stay at this Airbnb. If you don’t, you’re missing out!

Great place! Especially the pool is nice to relax. We felt very comfortable. The place was very clean! Katerina was always very accessible and always helped us! We can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to book it again on our next stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Crete! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The highlight was definitely the gorgeous back patio. The hot tub was an absolute dream—so relaxing, clean, and thoughtfully set up. We spent every evening unwinding there. Kristina was incredibly kind and accommodating, always available if we needed anything and full of helpful local tips. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience for their guests. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Crete!

It was just nice to vacation in the beautifully renovated old town house. Georgios was always available, even wanted to help us when we had an accident with the rental car. You live very privately and from the roof terrace you have a beautiful view, you can even watch the fishermen.

Awesome place - Jacuzzi helps! Bed is nice and comfy, aircon works nicely and cooker and fridge is nice. It’s down the road from town a bus ride away. Toilet and shower is wetroom is nice. You have a great view of beach from the north side balcony and nice moon lit view of from the south side (whilst in the jacuzzi). It’s a good place to get transport links from the city (buses are all over the place). Stelios was very responsive and helpful with recommendations With restaurants and places to find a drink. Deffo would come back 10/10 🇬🇧🇬🇷

Idomeneas is a genuinely nice person who really does want you to enjoy your time in a stress free way. I've never seen such a big gift basket of food! There was an issue in the beginning with a bad mould smell but I suggested a way we could fix it and Idomeneas came to the apartment to help and we sorted it out and fixed the problem. He was kind to my pups so I felt that we were actually welcome and not just tolerated. It's very quick to city and a nice walk. You've got everything else you could possibly want about 30 seconds away. For dog owners there is an amazing park about five minutes away and very close pet stores and english speaking vets, so it's really a great position.
