Beautiful apartment for a short hiking vacation. Located just outside the city and therefore pleasantly quiet.

Super relaxed. I just booked the place for a week and then wondered if I shouldn't have communicated, but Nick is very relaxed. He briefly and invitingly described what awaited us and we were able to enjoy the accommodation as if it were our home. Everything else was easy, too :)

We were very happy with the place. It corresponded exactly to our ideas for an extended relaxed weekend and served as the perfect starting point for hikes.

I was allowed to spend five wonderful days with Ines and Lutz together with my dog Ozzy. The apartment is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing short break. The highlight is definitely the fantastic property in an absolutely idyllic location – with many lovingly designed seating options that invite you to linger and enjoy. If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. Hikes can be started directly from the accommodation or after a short drive discover beautiful routes in Saxon Switzerland. Ines and Lutz were super warm hosts and gave me great tips for suitable hikes with four-legged friends I felt completely comfortable and look forward to my next hiking vacation with Ines and Lutz. Very clear recommendation!

A cozy accommodation with special charm. The artistic ceiling frescoes and the historic living room door give the room a very unique atmosphere. The living room is exceptionally spacious and excellently equipped – you can tell that every detail has been thought of. We were particularly pleased with the coffee pods provided, which made it easier to start the day. 😏 A warm thank you also for the always pleasant and uncomplicated communication. A clear recommendation – and if we are back in the area, we will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time staying at the place. The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for us, quiet yet well connected. We particularly liked the great terrace and the cozy atmosphere. Check-in went smoothly, and communication with Arlette was super friendly, quick and straightforward. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and would come back anytime. Clear recommendation!

We were thrilled with Zittau and the surrounding area - we experienced a special highlight through the Spectaculum on the eve of Ascension Day and appreciated the different possibilities of hiking and culture, the apartment was well equipped and the view from the balcony fantastic, we felt very comfortable.

A very well located and very nice apartment in which nothing was missing for us. As I said, for our hiking holiday, a perfect location to quickly reach the surrounding mountains on foot. Also only a short distance to the Czech Republic. It was perfect for us

Dear Debora and Stephan, a wonderful apartment. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, we felt like we were sitting outdoors. That was really good... because outside it was very cold and windy at the end of May.... we explored the area with the e-bikes and felt really comfortable in Pirna. The bike paths to the right and left of the Elbe are very beautiful and there is an incredible amount to discover. The tips for eating out were very good! Your apartment is highly recommended. In short: Simply perfect!

A very cozy and super equipped apartment. There is not much going on in Sebnitz, but you have your peace and quiet and are there anyway because of the very beautiful landscape. You have to expect a few cobwebs in the apartment, otherwise everything was tip top & just as described by the host. Definetly recommend.

Very great apartment, very large and perfectly equipped with two bathrooms. Super clean kitchen and everything you need. Even if there is no more space to park in the courtyard, there is a public parking space on the opposite side of the street.

A small property, with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is not very large but super cozy and absolutely sufficient. We were greeted nicely and felt very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and the communication was seamless.

The place was really above average lovingly decorated, the kitchen very well equipped, the location is perfect, it was very clean and the view great. I give a small deduction, as despite the quite proud price for the accommodation per person, you had to pay 18 euros for a laundry package, which was very small, especially against the background of possible sauna use and you had to make the beds yourself. For us, this was not in harmony with the otherwise very luxurious apartment. Otherwise, communication with the host was straightforward, fast, and we felt very comfortable. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Great, listed four-sided courtyard, very idyllic ambience with adjoining equestrian facility and several ponds and lots of nature, really ingenious apartment with tasteful, very individual furniture, old beams combined with new interior design, plenty of space on over 100 square meters also for large families or 2 couples with children, large kitchen with full equipment also suitable for long stays, bathrooms and, and, and. Our children also received very qualified riding lessons and my husband and I were finally able to ride again - with a riding instructor, on very well trained school horses. Next summer, we have already booked 2 weeks at a time!

The apartment is nicely decorated and has a great location right on the Elbe.

This stay was truly exceptional. A quiet and pleasant environment to relax, lots of places to go with even the possibility of borrowing bikes. When it comes to the accommodation directly,.. I have nothing to complain about, a bathing barrel, a sauna, the possibility of grilling - great! Projector for pleasantly spent evenings, perfect for a romantic and indulgent stay. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back and enjoy the same comfort here as we are now.
