Townhome vacation rentals in Kotor Municipality

Unser Aufenthalt bei Zorica hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage mit 2 Minuten zur Busstation und maximal 10 Minuten zum Strand und in die Innenstadt waren ein großer Vorteil. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Das Bad wurde von Zorica häufiger gereinigt. Zorica ist eine aufmerksame und liebenswerte Gastgeberin bei der wir gerne wieder kommen würden.

Öncelikle misafirperverliklerinden ötürü Slobodan ve Monja ya çok teşekkür ederiz. Gercekten kendi evimiz gibi hissettik. Bununla beraber konum Budva' nın tam merkezinde, ve tarihi yapının içerisindeydi. Sabahları çok erken uyanan biri olarak liman yerine yakınlığı ve kahve keyfi yapabileceğimiz çok fazla mekân olanağı vardı. Her sabah müthiş yürüyüş yapabildik hiç sıkılmadan. Bizi en yakın otopark yerine yönlendirmeleri çok nazikti ve hiç zorluk yaşamadık park konusunda. Her soru veya mesajımıza samimiyetle ve ivedilikle cevap verdiler. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelirsek mutlaka tercih edeceğiz.

an amazing view, lovely clean place with everything you need! far enough away from the hectic budva and becici scene, but also close enough if you’re into that. public buses nearby to connect you to the other beaches down south, and a supermarket just a few minutes away. really enjoyed my time here, thanks guys!

Прекрасный загородный дом. идеальный вид, каждая спальня со своим балконом, камин.. все прекрасно. тысячу раз рекомендую. Хозяева всегда на связи, и отвечают на самые глупые вопросы) идеальное место чтобы восстановить расшатанные нервы)

Nicola ve eşiyle aynı evi paylaşmak çok güzeldi. oda son derece temizdi. balkonun manzarası herşeye değer. balkondan içeri girmek istemeyeceksiniz. kiralık odalardan birisi daha büyük ve ferah bi dahakine onu kiralıyacağım. tekrar gelirsem kesin tercih ederim. kotor a arabayla 5 dk mesafede. kotor ve perast ı arabayla gezmek için çok iyi konumda

Da Zeljka ci siamo sentiti a casa! L’alloggio è fornito di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno (manca solo la lavastoviglie ma è trascurabile). Molto apprezzato è stato il regalo di benvenuto! Grazie davvero ♥️ ! Essere accolti con una bottiglia di vino dell’azienda vitivinicola più importante del Montenegro è stato bellissimo. La posizione dell’alloggio è perfetta. Continuando a salire le scale si accede a uno dei due punti di ingresso alle mura di Kotor (patrimonio Unesco) che vale la pena davvero di visitare arrivando fino in cima. Vicino all’appartamento ci sono numerosi pub e ristoranti. Un’altra esperienza da fare assolutamente è il giro in barca nella baia perché si visitano siti che sono raggiungibili solo via mare come l’isola della nostra signora delle rocce, la grotta azzurra e i tunnel dei sottomarini. A dieci minuti a piedi (uscendo dalla città vecchia) c’è la spiaggia di Kotor che è perfetta per un bagno rinfrescante durante la giornata. Consiglio vivamente l’alloggio di Zeljka!!

Nous avons passé un séjour plus que parfait chez Gordana. Son hospitalité ainsi que son studio a été une parenthèse idyllique dans notre séjour au Monténégro. Merci pour tout, et allez chez Gordana les yeux fermés 🥰

I loved Gordana's place! Situated on the narrow, old cobblestone paths in the heart of Risan with the beach just a 1-2 minute walk away is perfect. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, pubs and a lovely bakery. Gordana was incredibly responsive and helpful with my ever-changing check-in times which she perfectly accommodated. I recommend to anyone for a peaceful stay in a beautiful place.

Siamo stati bene, tutto corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. La famiglia è gentile ed ospitale. Abbiamo preferito spostarci con auto per arrivare alle spiagge, la salita è un po' ardua, ma il posto è tranquillo. Bellissime gite nei dintorni, la spiaggia di zanjic e blu cave. Siamo stati anche a monastero Ostrog, bello ma molto impegnativo. Hercez Novi molto bella. Da ritornarci. Grazie x ospitalità

Nela is a perfect host. She's very kind, she heled us with everything in any possible way. Our stay has been really delightful. If we'll ever come back to petrovac we'll surely stay at her place

Très bel appartement en plein centre de Risan. Une hôte très sympathique et réactive avec de bons conseils.

Budva is a wonderful city and Milena’s place is in old town and walkable to everything else. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, especially if you like old cities in Europe.

Die Unterkunft war einfach, aber nett. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und wir konnten zwei Wäschen waschen und mit dem Trockner trocknen. Auch das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Zimmer liegt neben einer Autowerkstatt, was manchmal etwas laut war; nachts hat das brummende Gerät vom Aquarium gestört. Aus unserer Sicht braucht es das kleine Aquarium nicht in dem Gästezimmer. Sonst aber soweit alles gut :)

We had a great time at Gordanas place! The room is very beautiful, nicely decorated and the tiles in the bathroom look amazing. Also the view at the mountain and the balcony are great and we directly felt at home. Gordana is very friendly and helpful, responded super quickly and gave us great recommendations. Thank you so much for everything - we highly recommend this place to everyone!

Pobyt u Zoran był bardzo dobry! Mieszkanie jest wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty i mieści się w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko centrum, jednak wieczora jest cisza i spokój. Zoran jest przemiłym gospodarzem, zawiózł nas osobiście do mieszkania, polecił smaczne lokale gastronomiczne i zawsze szybko odpowiadam na nasze pytania. Polecam! :)

Расположение виллы удобное. Рядом рынок, торговый центр, старый город, море. На вилле было тихо и комфортно. Если вы идете на виллу пешком, тогда не идите по маршруту google карты!!! Иначе вам придется долго идти в гору. Что бы избежать этого вход на виллу с улицы Topliski Put

Ljubazni domaćini, predusretljivi. Smeštaj je čist, nije daleko od plaže. Ogroman plus je što imaju sopstveni parking za svoje goste što je u Petrovcu inače problem.
