Loft vacation rentals in Kotor Municipality

Арендовали квартиру в июле 2021. Квартира светлая, просторная, комплектация бытовыми принадлежностями соответствует описанию (все необходимое в наличии). До моря идти (с детьм) порядка 7 минут. Дорога идёт под горку, подъем не крутой, но все же это затрудняет дорогу в жаркий период дня. Хотя это единственное неудобство. Хорошие пляжи в стороне от спуска к морю, нужно пройти в право или в лево порядка 150-200 м. Отличнейшая услуга - трансфер из/до аэропорта, очень рекомендую. Дешевле, чем такси, но гораздо удобнее, чем автобус. Для семьи из 4 человек трансфер и автобус обойдётся почти в одну цену. Наталия всегда на связи, поможет по любому вопросу. Жилье рекомендую.

We had a great time staying at filip’s place. Its in the middle of a friendly street, and only 15 minutes walk to the center and the walk near the sea is beautiful. There is a beautiful balcony with a great view. And before our stay filip helped us with recommendations, and his father greeted us to the place. We like herceg novi very much and like to stay there.

The Airbnb was stunning. It is actually even better than the photos. But what actually more valuable to us was the host , Milan. He was so responsive, proactive and was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay for us. We felt so lucky and safe to have a host like Milan and it really made our experience in Montenegro much better as we always felt like we could ask Milan for help. He was so responsive, supportive. The Airbnb has a wonderful ambience, stunning views and really good vibes overall. The kitchen is so well stocked and really big. The sofa and bed were incredibly comfortable. I would be recommending this place to all my friends and family

Чудова затишна квартирка з великою терасою і чудовим видом на гори. Ідеальне розташування поруч з морем і центром міста Будва. Дуже чиста та затишна квартира, для мене чистота дуже важлива. Уважна господиня, весь час на звʼязку. Нам було дуже приємно провести час в цьому помешканні

Modern flat. Appointed with modern fixtures and fittings. Situated conveniently between Kotor and Perast. Near shops, restaurants. Good position but you will need to drive or get taxis. Pool was clean and well looked after. Host welcomed us, provided tour of flat and some local info. Modern spiral stairs with open risers to second floor might present difficulties for the very young or infirm. Super stay and loved our holiday.

This is THE place to stay in Tivat! A short walk away from all shops and restaurants whilst being quiet enough to feel very peaceful. The photos do not do this apartment justice! It is so spacious and so well designed. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The bed was comfy too! The hosts were amazingly responsive and helped us out with taxi recommendations and making sure we had got there safely. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Super apartman, uredan i čist. Domaćini su bili veoma ljubazni, Angelina mama se potrudila da nam boravak bude ugodan i osjećali smo se kao kod kuće. Čak smo dobili friške domaće kruške od nje prvo jutro, što nas je obradovalo. Apartman je dobro opremljen, i ima sve što vam je potrebno za odmor. Sve preporuke!

Mima and Marta’s place was absolutely perfect for our trip to Montenegro. The apartment layout is wonderful and all of the rooms have AC. The balcony is even larger than it looks on the photos and the location is really convenient as you can walk into Porto Montenegro which has lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The outdoor pool area in the apartment complex could do with a little work but we appreciate that is not the responsibility of the hosts. We would highly recommend this gorgeous apartment.

Ivona was very responsive and friendly. Her place was clean and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere and find all that we needed. Also, we appreciated the washer-dryer! We loved everything about Kotor. Thank you so much for a great visit!

כריסטיאן קיבל את פניי והיה מאד אדיב ולבבי. למרות שהגעתי מוקדם לשעת הצ'ק אין, קבלתי את החדר תוך זמן קצר. יש לו חניה פרטית בבניין, שהיה מאד שימושי וקל. הדירה היתה נקייה ויש בה את כל מה שצריך. המיקום נהדר, ליד המרינה הישנה, חוף הים נמצא במרחק 5 דקות. קל להגיע ברגל לכל מקום מעניין בעיר. ואפשר גם לסכם במילה אחת: נפלא!
