Apartment vacation rentals in Koto City

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

I enjoyed my stay. The apartment is easy to access and is quiet and clean, and the host was friendly and responsive. I found it easy to walk to many places and it’s relatively close to several subway stations. I would gladly return.

Seirai’s place worked well for our family’s final few days in Tokyo. Very private and having two separate living spaces was ideal. Really appreciated the responsive communication and the late check out was super helpful!

Really clean and cozy place—felt just like home. The location was super convenient, just a minute from Akabanebashi Station, Family Mart, and Tokyo Tower. Would definitely recommend!

We had an incredible stay! This house is in a great location and excellent for big families. (We were a family of 8). Yuki went above and beyond to accommodate us. My son left his backpack in the taxi and Yuki tracked it down with the taxi company to find it for us. The beds and bedding and really comfortable and great shower room. Thankyou Yuki!!

The room was really great, beyond my expectations, and the facilities downstairs were very convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

This is my second time staying here when visiting Tokyo and probably not my last! The location is perfect, it’s only a 5 minute walk to Akabanebashi train station. The neighborhood is peaceful and private but has a ton of cute restaurants scattered throughout. Oh and literally right across the street is the Tokyo tower. The room is great, it has a kitchen/dining main area and then the other room is the living/bedroom area. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Both areas have separate AC units. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wir waren dankbar in diesem Juwel übernachten zu dürfen! Wir durften sogar früher einchecken was uns alle so sehr erleichtert hat, denn wir waren echt müde von der Anreise. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber, bequem und super aufgeteilt. Die Terrasse ist ein absolutes Highlight und die Größe für Tokio Verhältnisse einfach ein Traum. Wir waren sehr froh in einer ruhigen süßen Gegend zu übernachten und gleichzeitig schnell an die zentralen Orte zu kommen. Danke für die süßen Begrüßungsgeschenke und kalten Getränke. Der Gastgeber hat sich bei der Ankunft immer nach uns erkundigt und uns ein gutes Gefühl gegeben willkommen zu sein. Wir würden jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen !! <3

房东很好的品味，房间里有很多漂亮的餐具和装饰。房间虽然不大，但是功能齐全，干净整洁。房子位置非常好，闹中取静，生活很方便。周围环境也很好，两个车站都很近。有家的温馨和美好。

숙소가 엄청 깨끗하고 생각보다 넓었습니다 숙소위치도 역에서 가까웠으며 근처 마트가 3곳이나 있어서 좋았고 숙소주변이 조용하고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다 번잡한 번화가보다 조용한분위기를 즐기고 싶다면 추천합니다:)

Han's place is located quite literally in the center of Ginza where everything that you're looking for is within walking distance. The apartment is also very private and quiet despite its location. Everything you need is provided in the unit, quite spacious for Tokyo standard as well, not to mention a comfortable bed to reenergize yourself. Han is also very friendly, informative and fast response. My wife and I had a great stay there, looking forward to coming back here when in Tokyo!

washer broke on us. the host took us to the Laundromat and bought us drinks! could not have asked for better hosts. would love to come back!

Very good experience. Location is very good and convenient. 2 minutes walking to metro station and easy connect with everywhere. Room is clean and comfortable. Offer everything we need. Will come back for sure.

Love it! Easy to find, only take a couple of mins from station, if you bring a lot of luggage choose North exit from Kameido Station, no issue with water, AC work so well. I don't have problem with mattress, it is soft but okay.

Отличная квартира, было очень приятно жить. Всё очень новое, мебель и посуда хорошие, хозяин был всегда на связи и персонал принес нам все что было необходимо. Квартира в хорошем районе, вокруг тихо но метро и большой супермаркет находятся в трёх минутах ходьбы.

Great location within Nakano Broadway and short walk from Nakano Station. Very convenient being able to get around on the train and a lot of food options within walking steps. The room is very clean and surprisingly quiet, I had no issues sleeping, being next to the market. Would recommend.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Clean, cozy, and super convenient. Just a short walk from Kuramae Station. The tatami bedroom flooring was a lovely traditional touch. The bathroom includes a small bathtub, which is a plus. While we did hear some cars passing by occasionally, it wasn’t frequent and didn’t bother us. Very affordable for what it offers. Overall, a great family-friendly stay that we would happily return to.

Perfect spot in a quiet, residential area of Tokyo with walking distance to the nearby Ueno park, stations and plenty of nice local places for coffee, food and drinks. This was my second time in Tokyo and we were looking to stay in a less crowded, quieter spot and this was a perfect spot for those reasons. Fantastic little spot!

El departamento es muy cómodo, limpio, con vista a la torre Sky de Tokyo, moderno y genial para una buena estadía, cercano al metro, lo cual te conecta muy bien con toda la ciudad. El anfitrión muy atento a todas necesidades. Recomiendo totalmente este airbnb.

I always stay at Akari's place when I travel to Japan several times per year for work by myself. On this visit I brought my two children (ages 11 and 14) with me. Akari's apartment was comfortable for all of us, with my children sleeping on futons -- one set up on the couch and one on the ground. My kids appreciated having the swinging chair on the porch to get extra space and to read in the morning when they were jetlagged and up early, and love that it's so convenient to go downstairs to the 7-11 or nearby Starbucks. Having a laundry washer and drier in the apartment is an added bonus to be able to easily wash clothes during an extended stay. Highly recommend Akari's apartment for solo travelers, a couple, or family (or friends comfortable sharing sleeping areas). The location is perfect!
