Accomodation is located at the back of the section. There is a security camera monitoring the front driveway and road. The room is very compact cosy and private in a garden setting with a courtyard. My guests so far have told me the bed is very comfortable. There is AC unit. There is a small step onto the unit veranda to access the room. I DONT allow children or pets to stay as there is no room, as well as safety concerns, the room and sectiois not child proof. I provide milk tea and coffee

It is very private being set away from the main house with a lovely rural outlook. Lovely private home with an amazing view over Napier. Beds were super comfy and the home was set high on the hill with amazing little, fruit, veggie and herb gardens. Pick the time right and you could pick yourself some amazing looking Avo’s too. Monty (the cat) was the standout though!

Spacious, clean, fully stocked, great outdoor area for kids and heated pool! Whilst the above sums it up, the words don’t do it justice. This is a one of a kind grand accommodation with plenty of space and 2 bathrooms, fully stocked bathrooms and kitchen was very convenient! Heated pool was the highlight for our kids and we stayed in April, swimming 1-2 times a day! Nearly petting zoo is much better than another place just further afield. Highlight was the skate parks in the area - both Bay Skate and William Nelson Skate Park in Hastings were the hit!!!!! Orchard next door produces apples! Pets were another highlight for our children! Beautiful cosy place to stay, nice and warm; clean place, and comfortable beds. Nice added benefit of a spa to enjoy and nice area outside too. It was a relatively good price for a three bedroom place with spa, firepit and kitchen facilities, but note that the price increases per number of guests per night, which is not easy to see on the website, hence the score for that. So check if having guests on different nights to work out costings with contact person in advance. Extremely great communications, fast and clear responses. Thank you for the great place to stay and the clear communications.

Easy and convenient check in with good instructions. Kitchen has a small electric frypan which made cooking meals super easy. Bedrooms and lounge were a good size and managed to accommodate our two young kids really well. And the toys helped too for the raining days.

We had such a lovely stay at Sue’ place, travelling with two young ones Sue’s place so well equipped and child friendly. It is in a great location, quiet but so close to town and things to do. Best of both worlds. Sue was very accommodating and helpful, thank you so so much for having us!!
