Great house to stay for big families.

Wonderful place! A spacious, well-equipped apartment with a touch of luxury—perfect for relaxing after an action‑packed day. The delightful terrace is especially great for enjoying breakfast in the morning. The property is pet‑friendly, which was a big plus for us. The host was incredibly kind and helpful; everything went smoothly and without a hitch. There’s parking right in front of the building. The surroundings are picturesque and peaceful, making it an excellent base for climbing and exploring local attractions. The only surprise was the Roma villages we passed along the way, which create an unusual contrast with the rest of the region. Nevertheless, this place is definitely worth recommending—beautiful, comfortable, and full of character.

Our stay at Katarina's cottage was very nice. The very kind and warm-hearted care by the hosts was particularly remarkable. Thanks again for that! Overall, it was a very nice atmosphere and we would be happy to come back.

Nice place for famely visit and rest out from city life

Great. Very nice and spacious. Parade fireplace, it's just a pity that you couldn't sleep in the same room as the fireplace. The owner was great. The daughter appreciated the chickens. 👍

A very pleasant two day stay. The apartment is situated in a novelty complex. The lower floor floor floor has a store. The flat has a private parking space and is tastefully and well furnished. The host was welcoming, explained everything and communicated almost immediately. 10/10, we will be happy to come back next time. Thank you

The place is cozy and especially super clean. I was able to walk barefoot for the first time😍 The owner came basically everything briefly and clearly explained what met my expectations. Downtown on foot about 5 minutes. We were very satisfied and if we go to Košice again, I know who to contact. We recommend on 💯

Everything was great. Everything was great, just as described on the website. There were no issues with parking, there was always a free spot available.Well-equipped with everything you need. There is a nice park nearby and the downtown is very close. The apartment owner is very polite and answers questions quickly. I recommend this apartment for both short and long stays.

a great place very central to everything the TV with netflix is brilliant. I met Pavol outside apartment and was show how to get in keys etc. the apartment was clean the heating was amazing and the bed was very comfortable overall a very pleasant experience and pavol is a great guy to msg gets back very quickly with answers to any questions you may have I would highly recommend it to anybody that wants to go to koscie.
