This place was a fantastic find! Spotlessly clean and excellent value for money. We enjoyed a peaceful two-night stay. The convenient parking right outside and the quiet neighborhood were definite pluses. The host was incredibly helpful and proactive with all the necessary information. Everything matched the pictures perfectly, and all amenities worked flawlessly. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly stay with family or friends!

A very comfortable place to stay, has all the required amenities. It's near to many major city attractions. Metro is just a couple of minutes walk. Our host is very friendly and took care of all our needs. Thank you for hosting us Dr., looking forward to stay again. :)

The stay was fantastic. The place is exactly as described in the Airbnb listing, making you feel right at home. It’s spacious and incredibly comfortable. In the early mornings, you can take a peaceful walk to Malkam Cheruvu, just 200 meters away. There’s no interference from the hosts or neighbors, ensuring a quiet and relaxing experience. The caretaker is quick to respond if you need anything, and the hosts are always available by call or text. This place is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Hosts were amazing they checked if everything is alright or anything is needed. Much recommended place to stay. ♥️

was a little nervous while selecting a place for me and my mom in Hyderabad.. and this place was more than what i expected... it was very neat and tidy... even the bathroom. I couldn't find even a tiny stain in there... this apartment is more cleaner and comfortable than the pictures shown here. I am very happy with this apartment and the people there..

Really felt like home. we were visiting a few family members and this property is very close to other family members. it's very clean, spacious for a group of 4 with all the utilities. Definitely will consider for our future stays.

It was a great stay and we really enjoyed it there. The Host was very responsive and the caretaker also very helpful. All the things were same as it is mentioned in the photos. but the road(path) to get to this location was a bit difficult because of it's ups and downs of it's mountain terrains. We usually took a walk everytime to come to the main road as we all were students at that time. It was really great!!

What a place to stay at hyderabad and banjara hills got my heart and this place is just so so aesthetic so beautiful the outdoor sit-out is just so peace out there at nights i will definitely come back again for sureeeeee❤️ As i am an ocd person prem took care of extra cleanliness when i told him my condition thanx for that as well

We came from America. We wanted to get true Hyderabad experience and neighborhood. If you are looking for the heart of Hyderabad this is the place for you. The pictures are exactly how the apartment looks. Having a washing machine was a plus. You have your own entrance so privacy and safety is assured.Syed is very very responsive. He knows exactly where to go. If it comes to exchanging money, SIM cards he knows. He lives downstairs and doesn't mind helping. There's many Mosque very near and street food is very close. My wife loved that he catered to our needs, like where are the best restaurants, and stores, and that Syed had his place stocked with some personal hygiene products, my wife hurt herself while we were at a festival and Syed had a first aid kit handy which aided her in healing. You are truly in a Hyderabad, local neighborhood which I love. You maybe only foreigner in the general area, but this was a plus for us. For the price you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful, clean place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in hyderabad. Similar cost to most hotels in the area but includes a kitchen, hot tub and balcony space. The team were very patient and friendly to myself and my friend also staying with me.

Lovely decor and comfortable stay. Also, it’s close to the old town charm of Hyderabad, Charminar and other popular spots is at a 30 mins drive from this Airbnb. Ismail uncle as the host, was of great assistance with everything and very accommodating. We had a lovely stay.

Absolutely the best Airbnb in Secunderabad! I don’t think there’s anything quite like this place in the surrounding area. The aesthetics are truly impressive — every corner is thoughtfully designed and adds to the charm of the space. One of the highlights for me was watching flights take off and land right from the comfort of the living room — it made for a surprisingly peaceful and unique way to spend the evenings. The bathroom was spotless, and the jacuzzi was top-notch — perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. All in all, I had an amazing stay. This place is a hidden gem and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
