Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kolan

Ruhiges Häuschen in guter Lage auf einem sehr nett angelegten Grundstück. Bis zum ersten „Strand“ sind es nur wenige Meter, auch etwas schönere Buchten sind in 10 Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Kristijan und seinem Bruder Danijel lief ohne Probleme, beide haben immer schnell und hilfreich geantwortet, auch Tipps zu Lokalen oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab’s via WA. Das Grundstück ist traumhaft mit vielen Kräutern und Olivenbäumen. Leider gabs zu dem Zeitpunkt wo wir dort waren (Ende Mai) eine ziemliche Raupenplage, vor allem auf der Eiche zu Beginn des Grundstücks welche den Krabbelradius des Babies notgedrungen etwas eingeschränkt haben. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht wenn auch die Kaffeemaschine leider defekt war - Ersatz wäre aber organisiert worden wenn nötig ☺️ Einzig die Parkplatzsituation ist wie schon von einigen vorher geschrieben etwas schwierig. Wir würden jedenfalls gerne wiederkommen, dann vllt zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt im Jahr😊

Wir waren sehr gut mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Sie war sauber und für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 10 Mädels super gut geeignet. Der Weg nach Zadar ist wunderschön und das Meer mit schönen Bademöglichkeiten ist nah!

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Strand und Altstadt sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt. Check in über Reisebüro. Deutschsprachige Kommunikation. Easy Check in. Ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Kommen gerne wieder.

What a special spot to see the remarkable area of Plitvice. At Bear Log, not only are the accommodations incredibly comfortable but they go out of their way to add special touches to make us feel comfortable. We honestly can’t recommend it enough!

Nadija‘s house is a green oasis. You have everything you need, it‘s super clean and the bed is more than comfy. Nadija was always there for good recommendations and a coffee, she really made us feel like home. We can fully recommend.

Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Tatjana war sehr freundlich und ihre Mutter total lieb und immer bei Fragen oder sonstigem jederzeit zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war schön und hatte alles was man braucht. Rab ist einfach eine tolle Insel, bedient für Familien. Von der Wohnung kommt man super schnell überall hin. Wir würden hier immer wieder gern buchen.

Wir hatten auf Vir schon ein Haus gebucht und haben uns am Mittwoch Abend spontan dazu entschlossen, unseren Urlaub ein paar Tage früher zu starten. Das Appartment bei Tomislav war in dem besagten Zeitraum frei und unkompliziert zu buchen. also sind wir am Donnerstag bereits die Reise angetreten und hatten 3 nette Tage in dem Appartment Nr. 1 - was für diesen Zweck auch super gepasst hat. Tomislav ist super nett und immer zu einem kleinen Plausch aufgelegt, bei dem es dann Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Restaurants und sonstiges gibt. Danke für den kurzfristigen früheren Urlaubsstart auf Vir !! Mary und Jogi

Brezhibno čist apartma, mirna lokacija, center mesta Pag je peš oddaljen le nekaj minut. Beata je prijazna, ustrežljiva, komunikativna. Skratka - vse odlično!

Wir waren mit einer Reisegruppe von 8 Personen in der Anlage und hatten einen sehr sehr schönen Aufenthalt dort. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Insgesamt sehr gepflegt inklusive Außenbereich mit Pool. Die Lage war auch ansprechend, da wir alles Wichtige in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen konnten. Hier allerdings der Hinweis, dass ein Auto vorteilhaft ist. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief ebenfalls reibungslos. Fazit: Alles in allem sehr gut!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Barbara. Wir durften selbst einchecken und sie hat uns ein paar Minuten später persönlich empfangen und ein paar Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und schönen Orten gegeben. Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Strand darf von allen Urlaubern genutzt werden die auf dem Grundstück wohnen ( 3 weitere Parteien) aber wir haben unsere Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht. Diese hat ca bis 14 Uhr Schatten und perfekt ist und danach wird ein kleiner Teil durch ein Sonnensegel beschattet. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

the place was so nice, Milan, was helping us before we even have arrived to Croatia. Milan speaks English, and help us alot. the place is clean and quiet, we really loved the place. my kids were so happy. I am so glade we have been there.

Beautiful villa as described, amazing hosts…. We arrived tired and hungry on a Sunday and all shops were closed and within an hour Luka and his wife delivered a plate of fresh cooked pancakes for the kids and some sweet treats cooked by Luka’s Mother, above and beyond and saved the day! Everywhere spotlessly clean and well equipped. Can highly recommend!

Belle maison accueillante disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Belle piscine Filip et sa maman sont des hôtes agréables., réactifs et disponibles.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

We loved staying at this place. Everything was exactly as described. Pool was great and clean. We have never stayed at a house this beautiful and clean! The house is absolutely gorgeous!
