Except for the WiFi that didn't worked, and we contacted the reception several times (for the entire 6-days stay we didn't had a wifi) but overall it was a wonderful experience, we loved the place. the building(4) is located at the end of dreamland which was peaceful and quiet vs the other rooms which are closer to the pool, that had from morning - evening loud music ... the place is really magical, tons of trees, flowers, like walking inside a jungle. in every walk we discovered another sitting place or a restaurant. they also has a small amusement park next to the waterpark. food arrives after a long time, but it was very tasteful. taxi (bolt) to Batumi costs about 30GEL so we drove back and forth. one of the pools cost money(belong to the hotel). the green slide in the waterpark is above 12Y. supermarket opens until late and had everything we needed. it was a great vacation ! we loved it ! definitely will come back !

Чистые и удобные апарты, красивый вид на море. Хорошо, что номер находится в крайнем корпусе, не была слышна музыка, которую довольно громко любят включать диджеи у бассейнов. Хозяева очень отзывчивые, максимально быстро реагировали на вопросы. Спасибо большое еще раз!

Хороший большой номер с отдельной спальней.и совмешеной кухней с салоном . находиться рядом с главным входом в комплекс ,напротив большого бассейна .у номера есть два больших балкона .находиться на 2 этаже 4 этажного здания поэтому лифт ненужен но в комплексе он есть

This was truly an unforgettable stay. From the very first moment, we felt completely at home thanks to the warmth and generosity of Liana and her son Evgeny. Liana was absolutely incredible so caring, attentive, and full of kindness. Her presence made all the difference. Evgeny was also very kind and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. My father was especially happy and touched by their hospitality. These are people I will never forget, and I will return without a doubt as soon as I get the chance. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Очень комфортные, уютные и чистые апартаменты, великолепные виды из окна, очень красивое место. Предупредительные хозяева. Довольно крутой подъем вверх, для неспортивных людей может быть проблемой) но есть очень дешёвое такси - от 3 до 5 лари.

Dieses familiäre Gästehaus hat großzügige Appartements mit sensationellem Blick auf die Schwarzmeerküste. Es liegt mitten im subtropischen Wald am Steilhang von Kwariati. Zu Fuß ist der Strand in ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen, allerdings ist der Weg streckenweise steil. Es lohnt sich, sich davon nicht abschrecken zu lassen. Die Gastgeber*in und das Personal sind sehr herzlich, und der Aufenthalt super erholsam. ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein Restaurant sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
