This house is located a few minutes walk from the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers a lot of space for two people. The very large terrace has a beautiful view. There are seating options and sun loungers available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the car size) is available for guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a private lockable basement room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).

The granny apartment is part of a detached house, surrounded by greenery, quiet, with views of the nature reserve. The bright studio apartment has its own entrance, a large living/sleeping room and a separate small bathroom/toilet - but no kitchen. Two induction plates, a coffee maker, a kettle and a fridge offer the possibility to prepare a small meal. Close to the border of FL and CH, the historic city of Feldkirch is a few minutes away.

Cozy room overlooking the countryside Our guest room on a private floor offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. It has a 140cm bed and a nice seating area overlooking the countryside. The private entrance and free parking provide additional comfort. The private toilet with shower is a little older but clean and functional. Guests can use the bbq in the garden. Perfect for relaxing days in nature. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

We, the hosts Christoph and Corinna, warmly welcome you to our stylishly designed apartment. We invite you to spend pleasant hours on the cozy terrace with garden. Right by the apartment there are wonderful walking paths in nature, but also to the train station it is only ~ 800 m (approx. 10-minute walk), but this can also be reached by bus (bus stop right at the property). Double bed + sofa bed. Parking is available.

A little outside the village center is our house where we as hosts are at home on the upper floor. In a few minutes' walk along the canal you will find yourself in a beautiful and idyllic landscape with a nature reserve. From this accommodation you can also reach many places in the shortest possible time as the highway is only 5 minutes away. The border with neighboring Austria can also be reached in minutes.
