Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ko Lanta District

We had a very pleasant time in the apartment, the entire place is at a high level with lots of activities for adults, and children. The staff is nice and ready to help, highly recommend!

We had such an incredible time, absolutely perfect for remote working with very reliable internet and many places to work across the complex. If we come back to Koh Lanta we will 100% be staying back here, very convenient, great food, great staff and the hosts were incredibly helpful with arranging ick up and drop offs even with our flight delays. We loved staying at Malee highlands. It was perfect for our 4 week stay with our family. Felt like home away from home, staff were lovely and apartment complex had fantastic infrastructure. Restaurant, pools, spa, cafe and free taxi shuttle all super useful while staying on the island. Beautiful sunsets and great views!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Patrada. The room is perfect for solo travelers, couples, and small families who are looking for an immersive and welcoming experience. Patrada went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering travel tips, food, insightful stories with warmth and humour. I look forward to returning to Koh Lanta with my family and plan on staying with Patrada.

Second time at Malee Highlands and the apartment with pool was even nicer and more comfortable than the first time. And we were absolutely satisfied and happy there too. Great accommodation with the best amenity for the whole family! The adult pool is relaxing and the kids pool are fun for the kids. They have a restaurant on site and a mini mart in the office. We rented our scooters from the office which made things very convenient for us. The onsite drivers are very friendly and would take us to places but we have to get our own transport going back which is completely okay because the tuktuk and taxi are super cheap anyway. The taxi can go all the way up but the tuktuk can’t, so bear that in mind in case you’re hauling a lot of grocery items. There’s tons of restaurants, cafe and massage place in the area. Can’t wait to go back

Our family had a wonderful extended stay at Malee Highlands. The place itself was well taken care of and had everything we needed including a beautiful view of a sunset every evening. The shuttle was a great bonus to get where we needed to everyday. We enjoyed the generous offerings and organized activities on the property from the multiple pools, dining, padel, gym, activity room, etc. The staff and owners were very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any needs or questions. Highly recommend!

Mem was an amazing host! She was super responsive from start to end, attending to our enquiries in a very timely manner. The place was very nicely decorated and very modern.

We were very happy. The street has a view of a mountain. The interior of the house was very nice and well laid out. One of the best kitchens I’ve seen including one indoor burner and two outdoor burners. Great refrigerator too. Three bedrooms, including one with a bunk bed. There was room to park two cars, but we only had one which fit easily. The gate system functioned well. We had a couple of minor issues. The hot water heater in the master bath failed twice. The water pressure was a little low, but not terrible. The host was very responsive.

The place was clean and spacious with all required amenities being present. Nek was always available on messages and was quick to respond to our queries. The house may not be listed on maps and u have to put in Alisa hotel in order to reach the location. 7 eleven is quite close by and makes it easier to buy regular things. The location is quite peaceful and private. 1 thing that stood out was that Nek had also provided a list of places to roam arouns near by with contacts of the places. The only complaint I would have is the bathroom on the ground floor was a bit smelly though the reason was not identified, but it could have been ignored.

Super nice quiet place and lovely pool. A clean complete bungalow. With a scooter or taxi you can be in the city center or on the beach in no time. A very good location to discover more of beautiful Krabi. Thanks again for the tips!:)

Angkana is the perfect host , organising transport to and from the airport for us and keeping us well informed. The housekeeper Rung was also wonderful. The Villa had everything you needed for a perfect holiday and the pool and jacuzzi topped it off.

We loved our stay in Torgrim's house. He was very flexible with our checkin and we loved the street in which the villa was location. It is close to 4 km away from beach road, however you can get a grab or bolt and travelling isn't an hassle.

The property is very well located if you are a good walker. It is about 20 minutes to the beach and to the night market. Supermarkets about 5 minutes away. We had a good time!

My family and I loved staying here. Host is helpful and responsive. Location is just right for us. We were also happy to have the laundromat downstairs. Would love to stay here again, thank you!

I stayed in Sebastian’s apartment for about a month and had a great experience. Location — it’s slightly away from the busy center, which made evenings especially peaceful. I loved hearing birds chirping in the evening, and the quiet atmosphere was a big plus. The place is fully equipped with everything you might need — there’s even a kitchen with a stove, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. I also really liked the condominium itself. It has a nice outdoor area with swimming pool and sun loungers. There are washing machines available at a very reasonable price (30 and 40 baht), as well as a water dispenser where you can easily refill your bottles. The complex is also secured with 24/7 security, which made it feel very safe and well-managed. Communication with Sebastian was excellent. He always responded quickly, and everything went exactly as agreed. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a place to stay in Ao Nang!

Great place for traveling as a group, we really lucked out with it being available! Amazing views from the balcony and tons of places to eat around an amazing beach less than 3 min walk away. Great stay all around!
