Lovely place, our home 6 had great views from the balcony facing the lake, and it was great to be able to use the terrace and the house's own bathing jetty. Nina gave a nice introduction to the apartment and the place. Great recommendations from here.

The location is excellent, quiet environment, entertainment and infrastructure within reach. For us, exactly what we need. The apartment has a generous area, the terrace is beautiful. The equipment of the apartment is very good, there is everything you need. Plenty of storage space. I really appreciate the access to the lake with the jetty. Excellent communication and detailed information from the owner of the apartment. We were extremely satisfied and would love to return there.

We were visiting family in Klagenfurt. We felt comfortable as soon as we entered the apartment. The apartment is newly decorated and offers all the comforts that are needed. It is very clean and cozy. For us as "country lovers," the quiet location right on the edge of the forest was optimal. We enjoyed the tranquility during walks and on the associated balcony. Isabella and her husband were available to us at all times. They are friendly and welcoming hosts. At the reception, farm products were in the fridge for us. We think that's a great welcome gesture. We can recommend staying at this place without reservation.

Everything was in order, the kitchen was well-equipped and the terrace was spacious. The apartment is nice and bright, we missed the couch in the living room a little bit, but we were aware of that when we booked. The location is very good, 20 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes by car to the center of Klagenfurt. There is no air conditioner, but we didn't need it in the spring period! There is also a private parking lot for the apartment where you can park for free. I recommend this stay!

The place is as shown in the pictures and in the description, a quiet, beautifully located mountain hut. We were there in winter and were fascinated by the view from the cabin. The communication with Sandro, the host, was easy and fast and also a short-term extension of the booking was easily possible. All in all highly recommended. We will definitely stay there again in the summer.

Ivona's place was a treat to stay at. The apartment offers a front parking space suitable for large cars. The inside of the apartment is very cozy, clean, and full of amenities such as a stocked fridge, small treats, and a furnished kitchen. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the back patio is super calm in the evening with comfortable chairs for a nice, relaxing dinner.

Really great place and very beautiful house. Renate is a very kind and helpful host, she received us with some vegetables and some food and was always there to help us.

We stayed at Silvios Lodge for 3 nights at the Pyramidenkogel and were thrilled from the first moment. The location is fantastic, with views of the lake and juicy green nature as far as the eye can see. The rooms are very cozy and stylishly decorated and were very clean. There is everything you need in the apartments. The terrace is cozy with two loungers and behind the lodge you have your own beautiful well-kept meadow. A short hike of about 30 minutes up to the lookout tower at the Pyramidenkogel is highly recommended! Silvio was very personable, helpful and always easily accessible. The location was perfect as you were in Velden in 18 minutes and about 22 minutes in Klagenfurt to do something. A "secret tip" is Gerti's Strandbad in Keutschach, which is 3 minutes from the property by car. We will definitely recommend the place and would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in the vacation home in Ferlach! The house is very cozy, well equipped and clean so you immediately feel at home. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful nature around Ferlach, and the proximity to attractions and hiking trails is also a big plus. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We can recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting. We are already looking forward to the next visit :)

We were greeted in a very friendly and warm manner and provided with good tips. The host is super helpful! There is a free swimming area nearby, which is great. In the accommodation you have great views with mountain panoramic views. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need.

We stayed in Urosk's beautiful apartment for a few days, it was very clean and as good as new, fully equipped and everything as described. We'll be back

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The apartment has a certain something. Not standard and very lovingly furnished. We would have moved in ;). We'd love to come back. Barbara was very friendly. The apartment is within walking distance to the water with several swimming options, shopping can be done around the corner and good different restaurants are also quickly within walking distance.

Excellent accommodation, exceptionally tasteful and fine amenities, great balcony with unrestricted views of the lake, quiet location and yet close to Velden (about 1.5 km). We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Gerald and Gabi were very friendly hosts. Info for the disabled: Good parking situation, relatively small but well-functioning elevator, completely accessible apartment including shower, except for a 20 cm high step at the apartment entrance.

- Host very chatty and friendly :) David kindly even picked us up from the train station, although it is less than a 10-minute walk from the property. - Location was a great fit for us as it is right next to the Klagenfurt trade fair. - Nice apartment. Only note would be that there was water damage at the neighbor's and therefore the ceiling in the bathroom is broken. Doesn't bother the use of the bathroom and should probably be fixed soon.
