Cute and cozy little private guesthouse inside a main property where you find the main house and another guesthouse, in quiet and nice gated community, 200 meters from the beach, 24/7 security, full size bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower. Pool has to be shared with the main house and the other guesthouse. Wifi is provided through an extender so it is not always reliable. AC is an extra cost of 7 us$ per night. NO TV. The area we are located on along the North Coast of the Dominican Republic is home to a lot of North American & European ex-pats that come to this beautiful and diverse country. Because of this, there is a great variety of shopping, supermarkets, restaurants and tourist activities. The people are warm and welcoming, and the landscape green and spectacular. The town has a bohemian vibe and is very down to earth, due to the relaxing nature of being a beach town and the eclectic mix of people.
