Everything about this place was perfect. The apartment was neat & had everything we needed. Our host was very friendly and responsive. Only a short car ride to the beach. Unfortunately the indoor pool & spa at Elysia park were unavailable and the outdoor pool wasnt heated so we couldn’t use any of the facilities we wanted. The restaurant on site was open and had great food.

Had a wonderful stay; our host was friendly and helpful and we loved the apartment. It was beautiful, clean, light and spacious. Made our stay an absolute pleasure and we would happily stay again

My two daughters, husband and I stayed here for a week in April. We had rented a car and the apartment not only came with a parking lot but was also a close driving distance to everything in Paphos. We arrived late at night, check in was smooth and most of all we found the apartment fully stocked with all the necessities and more. From snacks to toiletries, nothing was missing. There were even beach towels for us! Very convenient. Since the weather was still a bit fresh, the pools weren’t open yet, so I can’t comment on that. However I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed a very relaxed holiday staying at Wolfgang’s very clean, comfortable & modern apartment. Loved the balcony for sitting out before & after exploring during the day. We used the pool to chill on hot days (for us) ! Perfectly quiet & private Used the washing machine several times as we only took cabin bags for 11 nights. Clothes dried overnight & the iron is brilliant. As previous reviewers have stated all local amenities are within walking distance including local buses if not hiring a car. Wolfgang has been a real super host with excellent communication, advice & recommendations, friendly and hospitable. His partner Tanja & Wolfgang invited us in for drinks on their balcony & to his birthday bbq on the roof terrace - great start to our holiday. At the end, we were able to enjoy a late checkout (as no one was in the following day) before heading to the airport - very easy by bus from Tomb of the Kings bus station €2pp or €3 after 9pm. Amazing and courteous host. I had a great time staying at Tatiana’s- it is so well furnished, in a great location and most of all a cosy space to relax after a long day. Beautiful complex with pool, and Tatiana’s communication was brilliant through out. Would recommend!

Would come back! Great location, private and modern. Incredible view. Close to a beautiful beach. For those who appreciate the independence of the Airbnb experience. Quiet apartment on the last floor of a new building. Go the beach, drive through banana plantation, visit Lemba village to discover some cool art and come back to this place to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset! Thank you to the hosts :)

It’s a 5 star accommodation on AirBnb and that is no easy thing to accomplish. If you are lucky enough to find it available, don’t hesitate. I’ve been using AirBnb since 2016 for all my vacations and this is in the top 3. Recomand it with all my heart

The apartment is super well equipped, comfortable and clean. Everything looks brand new and it’s really cozy. There are restaurants and markets on walkable distance.

The Estea property was lovely, cosy apartment. Very clean, well-equipped, and full of charm. Great location, comfy bed, and friendly host. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Would happily return and highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax, this studio is the perfect choice! It has a luxurious feel, is impeccably clean, and offers great comfort. The bed is super cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony provides the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The location is fantastic—just a few meters from the sea and close to excellent restaurants. I was on a solo female trip at Paphos, and I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, finding the absolute peace I was looking for—exactly what I needed! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, whether you’re a solo traveler or looking for a romantic getaway for two.

Excellent apartment is equipped with everything you need even for a vacation 'fly only with backpacks'. There is an umbrella, beach towels, bathroom equipment. The kitchen is fully stocked, too, if you prefer to cook yourself. Or there are plenty of restaurants around with delicious and affordable food. The path to the sea passes by the Lidl supermarket. The beach in the bathing place will please with sand and azure water. And breakwaters in the sea will make comfortable swimming even in windy weather) Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

A wonderful stay in Tala at Lenka & Peter's apartment .It really is homely and very comfortable Lashings of hot water for a shower . kitchen is really functional we only made breakfast but you be spoilt for all the kitchen pots& well stocked cupboards Lenka is very thoughtful and I noticed well stocked with items you might have forgot . wonderful quick dry Beach towels also a real plus 10 out of ten for plentiful clothes hangers Lenka 👍( Girlie satisfaction ) Restaurants in the Square are fabulous and only 12 minutes drive into Phapos . we came with Friends and four of us very pleased .Balcony lovely nice to sit in in evenings and parking car in shade is a bonus . Super logement, très spacieux et moderne Bien équipé, bien entretenu On y est bien accueilli avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Seul bémol sont les toilettes ou l’ont ne peux jeter le papier toilette… mais bon malheureusement ce n’est pas de leurs fautes et le SPA de la résidence qui étais pas forcément très propre. Hormis ça je recommande à 100%

Great location, very caring host. The appartment isn't brand new, but very good value for money. Well equiped and has a homy feeling. Like AirBnb used to be Kids loved the pool. The pictures of the view are certainly apt. It is situated close to the harbour, in between two beaches. Some very beautiful bays for snorkling that can easily be reached by bus (10 munutes, direction aphrodite or by one if the many boat excursions). Same for hiking routes We did not hire a car and it is certainly doable without. There is is medium sized supermarket nearby and a bus station. Ask Yiannos for a taxi company in case you need

Stayed here for a night and everything was exactly as promised. Wifi was very fast. Instructions were very clear. There was ample free street parking everywhere so if you don't like parking in small spaces, you don't even need the assigned spot, but it has one if you prefer that. Would stay here again and wish I stayed longer.

John’s place in Pissouri is great! The location of the apartment was perfect for our stay. Perfect size for two couples with each bedroom having its own bathroom and the patio with its amazing view was where we spent most of our time. I cannot recommend this place enough and we will certainly book again if travelling to Cyprus in the future.

Beautiful studio apartment. Brand new and superbly located, especially for a lovely 10 to 15 minute walk to Kato Paphos, which means Lower Paphos, and is the harbour area. Couple of excellent shops very close by, for buying provisions for our stay. The service from Estea was first rate, when we did have a minor problem with the lock box. Marios taxis are highly recommended by my wife and I, and Marios is married to the agent for Estea. All in all, a wonderful visit. We will be back. Steve and Barbara McGuigan May 2025.

Die Wohnung war einfach sensationell. Das Highlight war jeweils das Frühstück, welches Marianna um 9.00 Uhr vor die Türe stellte. Jeden Tag etwas anderes, sehr hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das wird uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Vielen Dank Marianna 🙏😊. Wir können diese Wohnung oder besser gesagt „Penthouse“ ohne Einschränkung jedem empfehlen. Sollten wir wieder einmal in Zypern sein, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dieses wunderschöne Penthouse buchen 😊

Logement agréable. Facilement accessible. Prévoir des boules quies et bandeau de nuit si vous êtes sensible aux bruits et à la lumière. A Chypre le soleil se lève très tôt et les bruits de circulation aussi. Logement bien équipé. Terrasse agréable.
