We had a wonderful stay at Colleen’s apartment! A tranquil place directly at the ocean. We loved that we were able to go for morning runs on the beach! Colleen was super helpful and very responsive with everything! We would definitely recommend staying at her wonderful and relaxing place.

The beach house is situated on a lush green lot, featuring two stories with a spacious covered deck. Comfortable seating is arranged on the deck, allowing for views of the surrounding landscape. A staircase leads to the entrance, framed by well-maintained grounds.

Tammy and Brad’s home was beautiful, clean and perfectly located to enjoy the beautiful surrounds. The property was immaculately made up, and access to some beach gear and beach towels provided as well was a god send. It was a lovely stay, perfect for a family weekend!

I stayed two nights at Wendy’s before having headed down to Agnes Water. The location is perfect being between Yeppoon and Emu park. There is a beach right across from the unit which takes about 2 min walk and I enjoyed the sunrise! The unit is clean, quiet and has everything you need. I highly recommend Wendy’s place!

Great beach house situated right across the road from the beach & walking track. Good layout inside with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Lovely outside seating with views to the ocean & a barbecue on the front patio. Fairly noisy main road running right past the house which does seem to be less busy at night. Some of the air conditioners in the house need some attention for which I have been advised will be attended to. Such a great safe beach to swim on & also to walk on. Love the bike tracks which run right past the house & you can ride right into Yeppoon or the other way to the Causeway Lake. Will definitely book again.

Great stay and the unit was in an amazing location on the waterfront. Easily walkable to plenty of restaurants and cafes as well as the beach and lagoon. The unit was as described, has everything you need and plenty of space for a weekend trip. It was pretty dusty and the floors were dirty when we arrived, but a quick vacuum and all was ok from there. Would recommend and stay there again

Simon’s place is a fantastic hidden gem in Cooee Bay. Very close to the beach, and other local cafes and restaurants. The space is exactly as described and very clean, tidy and spacious. A large studio apartment that is very pet friendly and really nice backyard. We loved staying at Simons place and would highly recommend it to anyone interested

The house was lovely—clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Being so close to the beach was amazing, it made our stay even more relaxing.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at The Beach House on GKI! The location is just perfect and we loved our stay there. This is our second time staying at the house, and it was just as lovely as we remembered it. The house has everything you need and the beds, linen and pillows are very comfortable. The kids always love the pool table downstairs, and they loved finding coconuts from the trees outside! We would recommend anyone a stay here. Thank you for having us Denise x

We loved everything about our stay. We felt right at home in the property & enjoyed being able to walk into town via the beach, it was so convenient. The views from the property are incredible & we had the most relaxing & enjoyable time staying here. We loved exploring the local attractions and the weather was perfect too! We would love to visit again, thank you for allowing us to enjoy this beautiful property.

Sallie’s place is fantastic and exactly what I always look for when travelling. Super close to a dog beach, welcoming and friendly to me and my two medium sized dogs, big and bright and spacious, comfortable beds, all the amenities you need in the kitchen and bathroom, big pool, eco-friendly and sustainable, beautiful gardens…ticking all the boxes! I’ll definitely be back :)

A cleaning fee of half the price of the stay advertised in a private message after the reservation, a promise of cancellation that never occurred, then more response for 2 days until my friends and I meet in front of the place (Catalina 3) without any information but a valid reservation on a competing platform. to flee in peak season

We had a great stay the house was perfect and welcoming. Great walks on the beach and up the hill. Quiet road for kids to ride bikes or cross to the beach. The sunset views from the deck are amazing.
