If you have any inclination for a retreat in the woods and a cozy, clean, minimalist space — this is the spot for you! Both the indoor and outdoor showers are luxurious. The bed was the best sleep we've had in ages. Even the yard furniture is comfortable. Not to mention the lovely hot tub! The surrounding nature is incredible. It's so quiet and beautiful, and the delight of the space can't be understated. The hosts were incredibly responsive — at one point, we couldn't figure out the outdoor lights, and they remotely helped us find and flip the appropriate breaker. Highly recommended!

Recently, my family and I had the privilege of staying in a beautiful house near Joly, ON. The location, the scenery, and the tranquillity were truly exceptional. The hot tub and sauna added a luxurious touch, making evenings especially relaxing. The cabin was well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Mariana, the host, was very responsive and accommodating towards our questions and requests. She would not have hesitated to help us with the stay. I highly recommend the Forest Lake Cabin to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature.

Black Fox Cabin was so far beyond our expectations… it was perfect! From the hydrotherapy, to the beautiful kitchen, the cozy fireplace, the exquisite design and layout, the lovely coffee/bar station, the comfy bed, the HUGE soaker tub all nestled in a private, quiet forest - we couldn’t have asked for a better place to disconnect from the world and reconnect to each other. Michael & Maria thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable, comfortable and accommodating. We can’t wait to go back! Thanks for creating such a magical place for us to make new memories together!

A Hidden Gem of Tranquility and Fun From the moment we arrived at this enchanting cottage, we knew we had discovered something truly special. A Perfect Getaway at a Beautiful Water View Cottage! Our group of girlfriends recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely Airbnb cottage in Norland, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was great, with great views of the water that made every moment feel special. The cottage itself was very nice, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were attentive. We were disappointed that we couldn't fully enjoy the wonderful deck due to the weather. However, the hot tub was a fantastic highlight of our stay, and we made the most of it! Overall, our stay was great, and look forward to returning. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful scenery, this is the place to be!

I would definitely recommend Red Bay Lodge to anybody going towards Tobermory or Sauble Beach. Mat was indeed a great host, he helped us out and made us feel at home. the lodge in itself is a really great property if you're looking for some peaceful time away from the city noise. They have a great restaurant and huge common grounds to just sit, relax, enjoy the bonfire while stargazing in the night. bonus point- it's a great place to watch aurora (when there's a probability) Mat makes sure to inform the guests about the same. We couldn't witness it for ourselves, but next time there's a chance to see aurora, I would definitely recommend you get in touch with Mat and book a stay at Red Bay Lodge.

We had a great stay at Stella’s place! Everything was as described. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location close to Bala and Gravenhurst. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Would stay here again!

This place is awesome for a break from the hustle and bustle! Close to town but when you’re there it feels like you’ve stepped back in time. Chad was responsive and very helpful when we had a technical issue that became easy to resolve. I’d recommend to anyone on the fence, this is it!

Enjoyed our stay at Glenn Burney Lodge. Owner was very helpful and communicative, proximity to restaurant was great, privacy and seclusion of cabin made us comfortable on a first trip with our dog that he wasn’t going to annoy others if he barked a lot (which he didn’t…yay!). Overall, a very positive experience.

This cabin is just breathtaking! The location is amazing surrounded by nature and so peaceful. The dock was just great to get into the water. The place was exactly as described, very homy and so cozy, my husband and I felt like we could just stay there the whole trip. This is just a wonderful place to stay at and we will definitely be back. Huge thanks to Phyllis for the hospitality and great details about the place. I totally recommend this place.

absolutely beautiful, cozy little cabin and amazing view at the lake. had so much fun on a cruise in tobermory and trail hikes, so much to do and a perfect, quiet camp ground to relax at afterwards!

Had an absolutely lovely stay at the cabin! Great location and very private. Perfect for our annual Autumn visit to the area to go to Algonquin Park, Huntsville and Screaming Heads. The cabin was well stocked, clean and very cozy... we truly had everything we needed. We were even greeted with a little basket of treats which was so sweet! Our kitty loved staying there as well. Leah's instructions were quite clear and she was very responsive to any questions we had. Our weekend was truly awesome, we would definitely love to come back!!!

Our Misty River Cabin stay was absolutely dreamy. We stayed for a weekend with our dog and left feeling relaxed and refreshed after a beautiful time in nature. The cabin is extremely cozy and has all the cottage feel while still being very luxurious. Every aspect of the cabin from the comfy beds to fully equipped kitchen (and so much more) made it feel very bespoke and special. It rained almost the entire time, but we still enjoyed every moment as we could snuggle in the Muskoka room (with outdoor fire) and watch rain fall on the river as the birds sang, or enjoy movies on the cozy couch next to the fire. Our dog got to enjoy plenty of play on the little beach and shallow water too. It was wonderful to have a vacation the entire family could enjoy. We hope to come back soon!

We loved our stay at Maple Creek cabins Oak cabin. It felt homey and inviting. Zoe was extremely friendly, and it was a privilege to meet both her and Kuma the bestest, most adorable dog ever. We had a great time exploring the local gems that Zoe had told us about and overall had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning!

Ann-Marie is an extremely friendly, flexible and helpful host. The cabin’s location is perfect. Very private and quiet. We enjoyed the paddling, fishing and biking and had a wonderful long weekend. Thank you Ann-Marie.

We celebrated our anniversary at Jen’s Shamayim Cabin to disconnect and enjoy some winter activities. With no cell reception, we used our devices only to capture photos and videos. Jen greeted us, gave a brief tour, and recommended activities. It was the perfect winter getaway, with plenty of snow for outdoor activities. The weather was great. We cooked dinner on a campfire, relaxed in the sauna, and ended the evening by the fire with hot chocolate. The next day, we tackled two trails. One involved snowshoeing and trekking up Little Mountain to a scenic lookout. After taking in the views, we made our way down a steep slope, using ropes to assist with the descent. We also crossed a creek along the way before completing the loop. Later, we visited the frozen Bang’s Bay and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The area is huge, with more trails and activities we didn’t have time to explore. Jen and Tzach were wonderful hosts, and we highly recommend their cabins. We’ll definitely be back!

I have only great things to say about this place! Being surrounded by the great outdoors and off grid was what my partner and I were looking for. We did lots of fishing on their private lake, and a tiny bit of swimming. We decided to bring up the ATV and explored as many trails as we could. We were lucky enough to spot two deer and three moose while on our adventures. The property is gorgeous and has everything you will need. Dan and Debbie were great hosts and really made you feel at home. I am sure we will book this place again in the future. Thank you Dan and Debbie!
