Vacation rentals with lake access in Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards

My family and I stayed here and loved our stay! This place is beautiful! The design and decor of this place is well thought out and is incredibly well done. The lake view is breathtaking. The little things that they have done (for example: gift basket, stocked kitchen, game room, firewood readily available for bonfire, etc) is what make this place outstanding. The owner is friendly, communicates well and clearly, and definitely cares to make sure your stay is comfortable. My family and I loved staying here, and we definitely recommend this place for everyone else to book and enjoy!

Chris was very flexible with check out and making our check in time earlier. He was very responsive and clear on instructions with whatever was needed. Property was beautiful and the inside was clean. This stay would something even more beautiful in a month when the dock is put in and the water isn’t freezing! Highly recommend

We had a Great Weekend at Nimals Place. Everything was as described and it Looks Even better then on the pictures! Amazing view and completley private. Bring Bug Spray and make sure you don’t leave the door open. Awesome Place and Host! We will come back!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy cottage right across the lake. The space was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic necessities. Kees was very responsive whenever we had questions, and we even got a chance to meet him while we were leaving. He is such a kind and welcoming person. The peaceful location and beautiful view made it a perfect getaway. Would definitely recommend!

The place was clean, cozy, and it was exactly like the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. The check-in and check-out and garbage disposal process was very clear and detailed, as the host provided an easy to follow instruction. We'll definitely come back!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Simona’s place! The property was beautiful with serene lake access, and the two decks made our evening hangouts especially comfortable and enjoyable. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a stress-free and relaxing stay. Simona was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she went out of her way to make our visit comfortable, especially with our infant. Her thoughtfulness and hospitality truly made a difference. Spacious bottom suite, ideal for a family. The host was extremely nice and helpful. The backyard was absolutely beautiful where we enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. Would definitely stay again when visiting Calabogie.

I stayed here before and, as said in my first review, I'm happy to come back whenever I'm in Calabogie! Check-in is easy, the place is clean and it has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Wonderful hosts with outstanding HOT homemade breakfasts! Really appreciated the extra perks of magnifier make-up mirror, house coat, lush towels, several Keurig coffee pod choices and 2 choices for my own private exterior sitting area. Level access and close parking to entrance, extra wide interior doors. MaryAnn was spot on for my food choices even including 10% cream for my morning coffee and crisp bacon. Very large space with two large bedrooms, slept like a baby and the TV included all the streaming you would want Close to Art College and short drive into town of Haliburton. It was a bit chilly for June but Gerry turned on the propane fireplace then all was cozy. Book it - you won't be disappointed!

We just got back from a lovely stay at the cottage on Spectacle Lake, and even though the weather wasn’t on our side, we truly had a great time. The rain kept us mostly indoors, but the cozy fireplace turned out to be a blessing we spent our time just relaxing, listening to the rain, and soaking in the peaceful vibe. The cottage itself is tucked away in such a private, serene spot. Waking up to the sound of birds and looking out over the calm water from every window was incredibly calming. Everything was so clean and well cared for. Waking up to birdsong and calm water views from every window was such a treat. I was thrilled to finally spot a few beaver lodges in the Madawaska Valley — a small dream come true! The cottage was clean, the docks looked great, and having fresh drinking water available was such a thoughtful and sustainable touch. We didn’t get the clear skies we hoped for to stargaze, but that just gives us a reason to come back and we definitely will.

Not only was the cottage & property absolutely breathtaking, Kimberly was great at responding to any questions I had leading up to our trip and gave us a great tip on navigating the drive up. She also provided a variety of basic condiments, spices, all the bath towels, and kitchen utensils you would need so we were really able to feel comfortable and make this place feel like home away from home for the weekend. They also provided clear, fool-proof instructions on starting up the sauna and indoor fireplace. Would 100% recommend to others & book again for myself! Thank you Kimberly!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful cottage over the long weekend! It was the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. The location was ideal—peaceful, surrounded by nature, and right on the lake. We spent our days enjoying the patio, eating meals outdoors, kayaking, and having a blast with the paddle boat. Even when we had a rainy day, the cottage had us covered. We turned it into a fun game day with the pool and foosball tables, and then enjoyed a spa-like evening with the hot tub and sauna. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We spent 4 peaceful days at this cozy cottage and absolutely loved it. The space was clean, quiet, and filled with charm. Chorong was a great host! Leading up to our stay she was extremely responsive as I had a lot of questions! The house itself was stunning. Clearly it is taken care of and maintained very well. All of the beds were so comfortable. Outdoor area was a lovely space. Would definitely like to come back in the winter as I am sure the scenery is beautiful.
