B&B.room 1.Guest house/ Abdullah / in ichan-Kala.

Abdullah and Fatema are awesome. You can feel how wholesome they're, their hospitality is unbelievable, they invited me to dinner and it was one of the most amazing experiences. Abdullah arranged a taxi for my next trip with an amazing driver with whom I became friends. Come to Abdullah and Fatema's guesthouse if you want to spend an amazing time at Khiwa, it's located inside Itchan Kala and is literally just a few meters from everything you need to see in Khiwa.

Little House in Old City Only 4U

Upon arriving at the accommodation booked, I was informed I was now staying at Garden House in the Old City Khiva because the other was full. Garden House in the Old City Khiva, is a new accommodation, minutes away from the Ark in the old City. What a dream. The accommodation is new and of a very high quality, nice bedroom with modern very clean bathroom. Exceptional value. The other substantial joy is spending time talking to the family over the wonderful breakfast provided. You find out so much about life in the city. I highly recommend this accommodation.

The magic of Xiva doesn’t come from pictures. Waking up literally under the Islam Khoja Minaret is an experience on its own. Wanna go to Xiva? Go & spend some time at Abdullah Guest House.

FamilyStay Premium in Old City Center

NicholasRating, 5 stars32 months ago
Ruslan and his colleagues/staff were extremely responsive and helpful during my first visit to Khiva. They were in touch from the get-go and always ready if I had any special needs or requests -- especially at the end when I was nervous about what I needed to depart Uzbekistan and get to the airport in a different town. Very cozy room, the bed on its own is enough to make it very hard to leave, the air conditioning blows cold and the shower and toilet all work very well. The location can't be beat, you're in the middle of the old city inside the walls and can walk absolutely everywhere in minutes, including around the corner to the Terrassa for your morning coffee or lunch/dinner (I ate at various restaurants in town and it's the unquestionable #1 in Khiva. I didn't have a bad bite during any of my stops. I did have a WiFi issue that was being worked on while I was there, but it was only an issue because my normally trusty Uzbek SIM card with data was in some sort of dead zone in my room. Outside of that the signal was sort of hit-or-miss during my stay....BUT you can always walk 1 minute and use the cafe's signal. I doubt it's a long-term problem anyway. Will definitely be happy to recommend and come back, greatly enjoyed my stay!
