We had a pleasant stay. Very clean and very well-equipped accommodation in a good location. Hatim is very responsive and attentive. It is also good advice to enjoy the charm of the capital. we're thinking about coming back.

Listing was as described, clean, well-equipped, and in a good location. The check-in was smooth thanks to Wassim's clear instructions, who was very flexible and welcoming from start to finish. Communication was smooth throughout the stay, we had a very nice weekend, I totally recommend it.

Safe place to stay if you’re working in Souissi. Close to the park if you want to go for a run. Basic and limited equipment in kitchen but ok for a short stay (stayed 10 nights)

The apartment is excellently furnished with a beautiful outdoor terrace, quiet and conveniently located near a supermarket and bakery. The large and modern Arrabit Center shopping center is 500 meters away. Sami is an excellent host who responds quickly to questions and knows a solution for everything. We therefore warmly recommend this apartment.

Cozy studio, good location and nice stay.

I travel a lot, stayed in lots of places. But this one was the best ever. Big apartament, clean, quiet, everything as described, modern and safe area. The one who really make the difference is the owner. Younes was absolutely fantastic. He waited for me until midnight to personally welcome me and help me get into the apartment, then when I left he offered to drive me to the airport at 5 o’clock in the morning! Chapeau, Younes! Highly reccomended.

The apartment was quiet & in a nice area. All the main tourist attractions are close, as well as the train station if you like to make trips. We had a nice restaurant around the corner where we had a nice healthy breakfast. Yassine was a wonderful host, always helpful & very kind. We followed his recommendations & were always happy with it.

Clean apartment Responsive host Downside: busy and a little noisy street

Youssef is a great host, kind, courteous, available and accommodating. He cares about the well-being of his hosts. He gave a lot of suggestions and was very helpful. He responds quickly. The place is big, beautiful, very clean. There are 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The bed is comfortable. Great location. Walking distance from the train station, Medina and if you walk a little, just about everything is on foot: we didn't even need taxis. We recommend it unreservedly.

Very pleasant stay at Mohamed's

The apartment was very nice. keyless entry into the building and the same for the apartment. adequate towels provided, washing machine and powder. sufficient toilet paper. shop around the corner for any supplies. right next to the marina. swimming pool was not filled with water. Everything was amazing.

We loved Fatiha’s place so much that we decided to book again for the remainder of our trip here in Morocco. The cleanliness of the home is something I greatly appreciated and in my opinion unmatched in the area. The close access to the beach, nearby restaurants, and security made us so comfortable. Idriss was a kind host and Jamal, the concierge, was very helpful. The apartment is in a great location: close to cafe’s, restaurants, the shopping mall, our Arabic school (Qalam Wa Lawh) and the tram station to visit the sights and Medina. It is a spacious top floor (4th) apartment and terrace. You need to be relatively fit to climb the stairs because there’s no elevator. Clean with plenty of linens. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of closet space, it was nice to have streaming service to watch movies and a second WC. I appreciated the Nespresso machine! There were so many positives. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Good location nothing is too far away. Medina is in walking distance of the apartment. Very safe building. Very good boulangerie two minutes away…. We recommend staying here.

Loved our stay! Thierry is very warm, attentive and offers good advice. The place is even nicer in the photos, spacious and very well ventilated! We who were afraid of being warm, the sea air is 100 times better than the air conditioning! The daily sea view from the terrace was amazing! The residence is very secure. There are several restaurants nearby & overlooking the beach. NB: It is almost essential to be transported to stay in the zone. Consider shopping on the way. We would highly recommend!!!
