Old beutiful house family apartment

The house were built in the late 19th centuries as a holiday home on the seaside, its a monument of wooden architecture. The apartment with one studio bedroom with kitchen ,another bedroom and with more than a hundred years old restored wallpapers on the walls. There are wide backyard with children house and sandbox, with cableway and trampoline. Our territory include 4 houses and we host another families usually with children. So, often we have many kids on the backyard which play together

Our cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of a private house, boasting a separate entrance. It's an ideal retreat for two people, but can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The properity has a sauna house for relaxation for an additional fee.

An individual part of the house in the classic Jurmala style. Separate entrance. Renovation made in 2024. Walk to the station "Vaivari" 2 minutes, to the sea 10 minutes. The former summer residence of the People's Artist of Latvia Vera Baljuna, where famous theater and film celebrities met. There is also a sauna with a Russian steam room, barbecue grill and bikes (see details below). Early check-in and late check-out are available (paid), as well as a luggage storage service (free).
