Charming 18th century house, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a small hamlet, a true haven of peace, in the countryside, 10 minutes' drive from the sea. Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.

You'll love my place because of the view and the comfort. It is perfect for couples. My accommodation is located at Port RHU near Tristan Island and the marina of Tréboul. You can access the city center of Douarnenez, the beach, the 3 ports of Rosmeur, RHU and Tréboul on foot. Nearby bars and restaurants and in Tréboul the thalasso center. My apartment is located on the 3rd floor with private staircase. For parking, no problem, 2 free parking lots nearby.

Thalasso, shops, market and port of Tréboul are a 5-minute drive away. Hiking shoes on, it is the GR 34 that awaits you from the cottage .

The ground floor consists of an equipped kitchen, a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed and two terraces: a large terrace with views of nature and the garden with tables, deckchairs, barbecue and a 2nd terrace with two garden armchairs. The upper floor consists of a bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds, a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).
