Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Relax along the beautiful Kemijoki River in a nice log cabin from 1811. Renovated with modern amenities in 2021. In the yard, there is a new sauna/toilet and a barbecue hut and a sauna terrace. After the sauna, jump from the sandy beach into the fresh water of the Kemijoki River. On the beach, there is another sauna and a hot tub, which can be rented separately in the summer, as well as a gazebo, a barbecue area and a rowboat. This cottage is next to beautiful shallow, sandy beach and amazing sea view, close to nature and walking routes and walking distance from local restaurants services and sights. Cottage is small (38m2) but well designed and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine), decorated by Scandinavian style and also offers sauna experience. Great place for couples or families with children. Guest is expected to bring bedsheets, towels and toilet paper and to do proper final cleaning.
