Nice place, a little bit away from the center so it’s relatively quiet. 3 minutes walk to an adjacent street there are a lot of bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Next to the building there’s a grocery store, which we went to every day and 5 minutes walk you will find a huge and very beautiful park. The host and co-host are very friendly and flexible, I recommend this apartment

It was an ideal stay, I had a comfortable stay on the street of the martyrs of Cyprus. On the street, easy to access, right in the center of coffee bars, to the Alsancak ferry station

The kitchen was a delightful place to cook with almost all the technological appliances. There were meaningful historical items and art at various points. In general, it was an alternative and colorful house, even charcoal was kept ready for a barbecue in its courtyard. I would definitely recommend this experience and we would love to stay here with friends again on our next trip.

Don't hesitate, you won't regret booking here.First of all, the house is newly renovated, better than the photos, the bathroom is large and comfortable, the bath water pressure temperature is perfect.The hostess keeps the house heater at 25 degrees, so it's warm and cozy to come back at night.The host couple are warm and welcoming, and will warmly invite you to have tea and coffee whenever you meet them, where we feel as warm as home.The location is also extremely convenient, with access to the city centre, everything was so perfect.

We had an unplanned stop between Fethiye and Istanbul due to weather conditions, and the owner responded very quickly and kindly to accommodate us. The house is a perfect getaway from the city crowds — peaceful and surrounded by nature. Linens and towels were perfectly clean, which we really appreciated after a long day on the road. A few small things could be improved, like the toilet cover and the electric oven, but overall it was a cozy and comfortable stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights, and it was a pleasure to meet the Faith couple; this price is very good value for money in the surrounding room type, you can walk to the big elevator in 3 minutes, you need only 1 subway station to go to the clock tower; because they arrive late on the first day, they have been sending me messages to care if we can find directions and proactively recommend delicious food and play routes; On the first night they were very enthusiastic about inviting me for tea and coffee, we talked for a few hours together, although relying on the translator, it didn't affect our communication of interesting topics at all; I highly recommend everyone to stay

It was an accommodation with Hutan, but there was no inconvenience, and I had a really good time with the cats. It was cozy, kind, and an unparalleled accommodation. I recommend it.
