The large wooden terrace by the house means that you can find space in the sun at all times of the day, as well as enjoy your morning coffee while the ships sail past on Flensborgfjord. The light, the water and the beautiful nature are absolutely magical in this part of Sydals. Walking and cycling, fishing, kayaking and dinghy sailing and kite surfing are popular activities.

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. Around the house there are several terraces, so the sun can be enjoyed all day, as well as a large garden with plenty of opportunity to relax. The cottage is located so there is the possibility of privacy and close by is a nice beach with a good sandy bottom. The price is excl. electricity consumption.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

The house contains a small living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen with stove, refrigerator and oven. On the first floor, there are 2 sleeping places. The house has a private courtyard with garden furniture and outdoor kitchen. The guest house is completely separate from the main house and is not connected to the other residents.

Your own water access to the lagoon is only shared with the neighbor. The bright rooms, as well as the garden, are particularly suitable for groups. ( Max 15 - Min. 4) 3 showers, 4 toilets, big kitchen and living room. I live nearby during your stay and can be reached. On the farm also live 4 sheep and 2 pigs that are gladly visited:-)
