Great place in the center of town. Justine is an awesome host, very responsive and has a super friendly staff who take care of the rooms. Quick little 10 min walk to Batu or Echo... amazing food downstairs at the B+ Cafe... Will def be back.

The place is really well done with great aesthetics, very clean and hygienic. The team at Sunny are quite amazing, always polite and helpful. The location is a bit far from the main area but nothing that renting out a scooter or a 10 mins walk wont solve. Would love to stay here again.

This place is a gem, it’s close to the city (if you dare to take the shortcut through the monkey forest) and in walking distance to many great restaurants. The taxi can’t drive right in front of the place but close enough. It’s only a 1min walk to the house and you get to see monkeys right away. They literally live there. I made friends with them, food in exchange for little handshakes and some allowed me to pet them. But careful they are greedy 😅 The house itself looks great. It’s right in the jungle so there are plenty of bugs and all. You gotta be fine with that. Eventually I used some cinnamon incense against the ants, which worker a bit. Staff on site were also super friendly and helpful, they pick up your trash every day if you want to prevent too many ants coming. I never really used the kitchen, but from what I saw it had all the essential kitchenwear. I had everything I need for my stay and for the price absolutely nothing to complain about. Comfortable and clean apartment in a central location, a bit far from Ubud and Uluwatu but relatively close to places like Canggu, Semanyak, Tanah Lot, and Kuta. It also features a more local lifestyle that is more affordable than the most popular tourist areas. It’s a bit hard to find at first, but the host Ulfa was very helpful in guiding us and she was also very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, always happy to help whenever we had any questions. A great experience overall.

I liked: Easy to book, as described. Apartment is private, quiet and on top floor with a good view. Ample seating areas and comfy lounge, the bed was comfy and room very clean on arrival. Large balcony is good for sunset. Large shower with good water pressure and bathroom well stocked! Staff very friendly and helpful! Location is close to everything and no construction which is the best! Disliked: Aircon is behind a panel, so the air gets trapped in there and not in the room, so I was still quite warm in the room during the day. But with the fan it’s ok. You have to go through the shower to get to the bathroom, and the fridge is in the bathroom to - not very functional. It’s not a private toilet or shower if you are sharing with the room so consider this if you are staying with 2 people. My driver didn’t want to come down the narrow road so also consider this if you have luggage. For price, location and the room I think it’s a great place to stay and highly recommend!

Great location, and as described. Of course there is some noise from the street,because it’s in the center of a busy area, but it was fine for me. Great value and modern, clean design. Good value and great communication.

The place was great to reach by scooter. Felicia was very helpful and always responded quickly and also helped with questions and tips.

My buddy and I had a great stay, but I'll just list the pros and cons Pros: - Location: Walking distance to la Favela, Mexicola and convenience stores - Ease to travel out (Property wasn't too far off from Canggu/Seminyak) - Near to convenience stores - Good communication with the supervisors and managers - 24/7 security guard - Parking space for motorcycles - Reasonably priced Cons: - One of the showers was draining a little slowly so it was pooling slightly during showers - One of the toilets had to be manually turned on and off due to a leak - Access to the apartment is very dark at night - Apartment was a through an alleyway which may seem intimidating at night - Some food delivery riders was unable to find out apartment However, overall we had a great stay, it was a nice homely apartment, well furnished and it made us feel at home and very santai. Recommended space with a good team that communicates and with a homely apartment (With a water dispenser)

We had just returned from traversing the entire island of Bali on a motorcycle and were looking for a quiet spot to regroup for a couple days before flying to Komodo. We were looking for something quiet and a bit north of city center and found Bawa’s place. They were so nice and accommodating as we came into Ubud late. They greeted us with smiles and brought us through the lovely grounds to the unit. It’s a perfect spot backed up to the jungle ravine and running stream. The bed is very comfortable, and the a/c works great. They have a freshwater jug for drinking and the bathroom is fully appointed. The place is new with a full kitchen. We slept so well we asked to extend for a week! We will 100% comeback next time we are in Bali.

Ultimate modern comfort in Bali. I enjoyed my stay here with all the modern amenities. My friends and I enjoy walking to near by cafes. And returning to chill with drinks at the villa. Location wise, it is 15 mins away to the beach club, so its perfect. Highly recommend.

Super fantastic. This Airbnb is on a higher level above any other. It is located in the middle of a nice resort, so there is access to all resort ammenities, which are high quality and very economical. The pool, gym, and restaurants on site are great. The host is fantastic, the staff are kind. The whole apartment is comfortable and in great condition. It is located 10 minutes from the beach, as well as a mall with a grocery store and many restaurants.

This apartment is fully consistent with the photos. It's a beautiful view!! Spacious bathroom. The water pressure is good. The air conditioners are doing great. The kitchen is large and comfortable, there is everything you need. Very good cleaning! Agus answer quick. Of the minus, I will say out that it is impossible to get there by car. I had to walk 5 minutes up a steep staircase with my heavy luggage after a long flight.

This is a truly unique place and I wish I stayed for longer because its one of those places where you just feel at peace, at home and you get provided with all of the amenities you'd need. it's located in a nice area with lots of good restaurants, supernarkers are nearby, a great spa 2 minutes away which I recommend for massages. At the same time you feel how peaceful it is. The way the place is decorated is one of a kind and I if you decide to stay here, definitely take a bath, because it's a great highlight. The outside area surrounding the lofts is great for chilling and not only can you relax by the pool and swim, but also enjoy taking a dip in the hot tub with great views of the surrounding nature!

As soon as I got here I knew I wanted to stay longer! Excellent staff, so close to everything in Canggu but so quiet and peaceful. Amazing staff always very helpful and the villa is perfect. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay!
