Apartment vacation rentals in Kazbegi Municipality

It’s a standard studio in an apart-hotel, everything as expected. The host was responsive and quick to reply. But the best thing about this apartment is the view from the window – it’s absolutely amazing!

A perfectly located apartment for a few days at the snow. it was comfortable and had everything we needed. When we couldn't find the reception initially, the host responded quickly to help us

The apartment is exactly as listed in the description and the photos. We were a family with 1 child and we found the space to be sufficient and the convertible sofa-bed very easy to unfold. Kitchen has all necessary ustensils for some basic cooking. Bathroom is very-well designed and clean for a great shower after a day skiing. The apartment has a nice little balcony with a view on a building under construction (no construction was underway when we were there in march 2025) and a partial view on the main gondola (Goodaura). Very handy ski depot on the ground floor with direct access to the slopes (5min walk). Even though the apartment is very central and within a 5min walking distance to the slopes and restaurants/bars it somehow is on a side street which makes it very quiet. Host was very responsive and helped arrange transfer to Gudauri with a reliable driver. All in all great value for money, 100% recommended.

We were very pleased with our stay. The room is warm, cozy, there is nothing superfluous. From the building you can quickly get to the ski lifts, in the building itself there is a supermarket.

The apartment is clean and bright. There is everything you need inside. Nice view from the window. It is located far from noisy parties. The only drawback is that there is only one card, and it is needed for both the entrance to the apartment and the ski depot.

The apartment is located right next to a supermarket and a bunch of ski rental shops, which saved a lot of pain from walking around and carrying your gear in heavy ski boots. It's 5min walk to the gondola lift which takes you right up the mountain. The room itself is very cozy and clean. The beds are really comfy with clean linens and extra blankets. It's also really nice to have your own washer and a nice shower after long days of skiing. Highly recommend!

The apartment is so classy, comfy and clean. I loved the style and the view from balcony. The bed is very comfortable. Aleksandra was welcoming and very responsive and she made the check-in process flexible and easy. Honest opinion, I do recommend this place.

Brilliant apartment in a great location, 2 mins walk to the gondola but off the main road so quiet and peaceful, great ski rent shop downstairs, everything on your doorstep, would definitely come back

Nice little apartment, very clean, with all the necessary equipment for a few days. Everything works well. It is clear that Giorgi has spent time trying to make the apartment as comfortable as possible. It’s the small things that matter and that he took care of: good storage space, plenty of hooks in the bathroom, chairs on the balcony to admire the excellent mountain view. My only recommendation would be to replace the curtains in the living room with black-out ones, for even more comfort during the night

Very cosy apartment. A lot of space. Close to funicular. The Apartment is full equipment. We really liked it.

Loft1 place, location is very good, 100-150 meters to the gondola. There is a small market right below the apartment. The apartment is as in the photos. The host Giorgi is helpful, understanding and moderate. We had a nice holiday..Thank you.

Apartment is clean and tidy, you have everything and more for comfortable stay. The view is amazing, you can enjoy beautiful mountain sunrise and sunset, which was one of the main points for us. Although you need to move between the parked cars to reach the gondola lift, it’s still only 3-5 min of discomfort and not in host power. Tamta is very responsive and helpful. We enjoy our trip and definitely come back to this place next time.

The apartment is big enough, located in just one minute walk from ski lift. Spar market is also so close to the apartment as a 30 second walk. Very comfortable staying because of the spar next to you and ski lift. In addition that, the apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The host is very nice and always available.

Perfect cozy apartment , very near to ski place and well equipped

On the way from Tbilisi to Gudauri, we had a force majeure, the road was closed due to an abnormal incessant snowfall. For more than a day, we could not get to the apartment and check in. All this time, Elena was in touch, tried to help us in possible ways. We were very pleased to feel such care and attention from the host of the apartment, both before and after check-in! The apartments are warm, cozy, equipped with everything you need. We were very satisfied!

Nice apartment, very comfortable, and has everything you need inside. The location is great - two minutes walk to a ski lift (surface lift) and several restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay here for the week while we were skiing in Gudauri! Our hosts were very responsive helping us as any problems arose!

Vakho went out of his way to make our trip perfect. He arranged for a driver to and from the airport in an SUV that was able to handle the snowy roads (250 Lari each way or USD80 each way). He also arranged for ski and snowboarding instructors for us (that know English). The instructors also helped with the rental equipment. Atrium is just steps away from the ski lift / gondola - ie ski in and out. The place is exactly like the pictures. There is also a locker for your room downstairs to keep all your equipment. Its nice to sit outdoors at the restaurant downstairs to rest and enjoy the view of the resort. Two other great eateries with local cuisine are Friends and Vartsla.

tamara was a great host.. she was very responsive and kind. as for the apartment, we love the location and the convenience as it is in the center of the ski resort. we love it. the locker though it was just one.. was safe for our ski gears.
