Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Kawartha Lakes

Had a great stay at Farah's cottage. The place was exactly as described and had some decorative touches which made the cottage even nicer. The river is fun to paddle on and neighbours were friendly. Everyone keeps at reduced boat speed so swimming was safe as long as you have a bouy with you. We enjoyed the paddle boards, bonfire outside and hot showers at the end of the day. Farah was lovely to communicate with & reliable.

Brett was an awesome host. Was always super responsive and helpful. His cottage was such a relaxing time for my family and I. The backyard was very private and great for my dog to run around in. We enjoyed fishing, canoeing, and using the fire pit!

Was Super Happy With Our Host, very Communicative throughout our stay , and even checked in after the MAJOR ice storm to make sure everyone was good ... Would highly recommend this host and any property they have

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed and more; very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Lisa was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Place was very equipped with everything you need to a perfect getaway from the city. Extra blankets and sheets. Host was quick and very friendly with her responses. Would definitely recommend for anyone trying to just kick back and relax

we thoroughly enjoyed the place especially our kids with so many things to do in the basement with Arcade, football, cards table and play station. Also, the living space was spacious and clean for a few families to spend some quality time.

I stayed at Sophia/Shahazad's place over the weekend with my extended family, which includes three toddlers and a newborn. We had an amazing time! Everything was perfect, from the sleeping arrangements to the indoor saltwater pool. We didn't even get to sit outside and enjoy the bonfire or BBQ because we were so busy having fun in the pool and sitting to catch up in the amazing open concept kitchen/dining area. All the bedrooms have full bathrooms, which was huge since we had a family stay in each room and they needed that privacy. We are already looking to come back as soon as possible!

Amazing place ! Very clean! This place is private and peaceful! My dog enjoyed running out in the back! We enjoyed the pool! Kunal was responsive to anything we needed or had questions about. Will definitely be staying here again!

Wow is the perfect word to describe Hamid's accommodation. This getaway definitely exceeded our expectations. The house is absolutely comfortable with more than enough amenities and accommodations for our group. Everyone was so comfortable and the home was perfectly prepped for us. Hamid is also very responsive and so kind. He offered us freshly picked veggies from the garden and Eggs from his chickens. So kind. We're definitely coming back!!!

Exactly as advertised and perfectly suited to time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Lots of amenities and steps from the dock which overlooks Sturgeon Lake.. You'll appreciate the beautiful sunsets and great walking options. A short drive to restaurants and shopping. Kayleigh was a great host and makes this destination an absolutely easy place to want to come back to.

Great venue for our annual family get away! Comfortable for a large group (10 adults, 2 kids and dog), wonderful central kitchen and living area, on a quiet road and with a great natural view! Would 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be back!

Staying in this beautiful hut with the big windows was ammazing. We saw a porcupine, a beaver and many birds! Would love to come back.

Alan and Rosalie’s place was exactly as described. Such a beautiful private spot. Rosalie greeted us when we arrived and she was very kind and helpful. We wanted for nothing! Their cottage literally has everything! I actually over packed lol I’m not used to that. We had a mix of weather during our stay and it was great to have fans, heaters and a fireplace when we needed. The private lake is so peaceful and beautiful. We felt right at home. Alan and Rosalie were very accommodating and I would not hesitate to go back!

Nice, peaceful and cozy property. Huge backyard with lots of hammocks and huge fire-pit to enjoy the night with talk and marshmallows with friends 😄. The host, Tahani, was amazing and super quick with communication. All information was duly shared with us beforehand by her, it made our stay more efficient. She was kind enough to allow us an early check-in and a late check-out. Kudos to Tahani and her amazing property..!! Will definitely recommend this place.. 👍🏻👍🏻

My fiancée and I recently stayed at Aprils place and we a had a fantastic weekend. They were very communicative with us and provided lots of useful instructions. We brought up our 6 year old Golden Labrador and he absolutely loved it. The entire backyard is fenced off with dog wire supporting it so he couldn’t go anywhere he wasn’t supposed to. The area is very peaceful and the neighbours are very friendly. April also left us with lots of great household supplies to last us for the weekend. The dock is private and was very nice to relax on. There is also a great fire pit outside aswell as a very cozy fire inside that we had fun using as it was a bit rainy during our stay, but it didn’t ruin our plan for s’mores! We would absolutely recommend staying here and we are definitely looking forward to coming back! Thank you for hosting us April!
