Vacation rentals in Kavrepalanchok District

Little cabin in the middle of the forest with amazing view of the sunsets of Nepal. If you are looking for a silent time in nature this is the place. The place is a little far from a market but Yash offered to bring stuff or give a ride in his motorbike when needed so it was no problem. Also there's places to eat relatively close if you don't mind a small walk through nature. The hospitality was superior, got provided wood and had a cozy bonfire almost every day, also Yash invited me to eat with his amazing kind family. I hill hopefully come back in the future, only stayed 8 days and wished I could stay more.

Property was as beautiful as expected. Beautiful surroundings, lovely people and great food. My daughter and I felt home. Lots to do in Bhaktpur so best to have at least two days to relax and enjoy the beautiful town. Special thanks to Didi and Dai who were so hospitable. Nothing was too much for them. They even made memos on my daughter’s request. Thank you Lena for having us. We surely will be back.

A perfect place for the right people! You will be surrounded by nature and hear the sounds of the surrounding forest. Not for those requiring a perfect polish or who are afraid of bugs, but truly offers a unique and wonderful retreat!

A unique holiday home! On the hill, on which eventually becomes a sandy road, lies this house complex with a wonderful terrace (the photos can get an update!) overlooking Banepa. Everything is tastefully decorated "multi-ethnic". The beds have electrically heated under blanket. What delight in the still colder nights in November/December! The bathrooms are spacious with Western toilets. In the main house the 2 showers have plenty of hot water. Shyam and Jani are on site for practical matters. They speak only Nepali. The super sweet dogs are loose on the property at night. Nice company! You can hear the city in the distance but at the same time there are also the sounds of nature and its culture (calling...) From the house you can take walks or go for a run. We lived, worked and enjoyed it for 2 weeks!

We say thank you so much for sharing a beautiful place to live in Bhaktapur. The apartment in Yugin's house was great with Himalayan views in good weather and very spacious and nice rooms. On foot it was not far to the beautiful old town. The mountains also didn't go far from the house and the area invites you to walk and relax. There is a lot of shopping down the street. Yugin was very accommodating and even got us a birthday cake to celebrate. He was always easily accessible and the family super friendly and responsive to all our concerns. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again. Thank you for the great stay.

Lisa was very accommodating and flexible with our check-in. As described, Lisa's place is right next to Bhaktapur Durban Square, a great UNESCO-listed heritage site. We stayed only one night and very much enjoyed the proximity of the square as it offered a great experience to endlessly wander the square streets, experience the local lifestyle, and visit restaurants and local shops. As mentioned in other reviews, the place might be a little noisy due to the proximity of the busy tourist and local attractions. Also, as mentioned, the house is a multi-story building with very steep and narrow stairs. This was not an issue for us but something to be aware of. The bathroom is located on a different level than the bedrooms. Overall a great place if you are ok with some of the things I brought up in the review. Lisa is a great host. Thank you.

This charming Airbnb property is nestled in a serene location with stunning views of the surrounding hills. It was a perfect location for our family to recover from a long journey. The accommodations were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The host's attentiveness and willingness to resolve issues quickly made a significant difference in our stay.
