Nice apartment, not too far from sea🏖️ Big and spacious area. I would recommend anyone to walk and not drive because the parking anywhere is a nightmare and we got two tickets whilst we was at here. Apartment was good, has everything you need and a lovely view of the sea 🌊 Lots of stairs to go up so if you have big luggage be prepared! About 70 steps up but it’s fine if you are able. Close to ksamil 30 minute drive, blue eye around 45 minutes. thanks Mirela! 😊

Joanna's place is a perfectly located apartment with all the comforts. An apartment with a beautiful view of the sea right from the living room and bedroom; very clean, bright and equipped with all the necessary accessories. Nearby is a beautiful neighborhood, both visually and infrastructureally attractive. Absolutely phenomenal place! Joanna is a lovely and communicative host.

We had a wonderful time at Garitsa Penthouse. The rooftop is so spacious and the view is truly stunning. Chris’ charming mom, Ismini, greeted us and showed us the apartment. She had water, milk, and orange juice waiting in the refrigerator and a lovely bread and sweets. We appreciated her restaurant recommendations. Chris communicated well, suggested lots of restaurants and arranged taxi service to the airport. Highly recommend.

Sonia is a great host. She was very responsive when I had any queries. She gave me some recommendations for restaurants and bars in the promenade. She was also kind to give me a lift from Ksamil in the weekend. Thank you for making my stay pleasant.

Karina is the best in communication there is no waiting around for a answer. Every time I needed an information She was always there. I was there for a month. The apartment is spacious with nice windows. The internet good enough I worked online every day.The building is new and very close to the beach. I enjoyed the place and could come back! I could not ask for a better location! Spending 3 months at this location and it is perfect for one person or a couple. Very easy to find the apartment, it’s very clean, and it’s private. Andrei is by far on the most responsive apartment owners I have ever worked with. The apartment is across the street from an Italian pizzeria, and a few other restaurants. If you don’t mind walking, you can walk down to the boardwalk and explore. I walk down and up multiple times a day and I love it because the apartment is away from all the city noise but a very short walk away to everything. The view from the balcony and bedroom are my favorite! I spend everyday out on the balcony rain or shine. You can see Corfu Greece directly in front of you, and other islands of Greece. Open the doors to the balcony and let fresh air in and just relax to the sound of the Adriatic Sea. During the night you’ll also get clear views of the moon, stars, and the city. Also the sunsets are beautiful!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything is close..shops, restaurants and the promenade is steps from the door. The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the ferry. We rented a vehicle for our stay and were able to park in the lot next door with Bes' assistance. The area is very active and can be loud at night but we ran the A/C and slept no problem. This is a great spot from which to explore southern Albania. The unit was very clean, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has an ensuite bathroom, but the shower in it is not enclosed so it was a bit of a challenge with mopping up but I got used to it! All in all we would highly recommend!

Now i finally get what others meant when they said-pictures dont describe the views you get from this place. So true. This is a spacious house with incredible backdrop. I could just sit in one of the multiple balconies/patios and stare at the sea for days. Superb experience, it felt like one from the movies. Evening Drinks by the sea in your private place -loved it! The house is perfectly located, short walk from the ‘seaside broadwalk’. We went in May so the weather was nice and city was not crowded at all. Plenty of really good cafes and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Huge parking space. living in a place so gorgeous for almost a week was sth else. Minor points, the house is not the newest of buildings in that area. Some of the doors, furnitures and the toilet hardwares have lived their lives (but should not materially affect your experience). We wish we had a little more supplies - paper towels, toilet rolls etc. But a supermarket was 4 mins away so didn’t really impact us.

By far, this is my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Comfortable and beautiful home right by the ocean and wonderful restaurants! Efi is so kind and welcoming, we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

A nice place with a beautiful sunset view. Very close to the beach with a lot of taverns around. We recommend Woody’s tavern, the best food with a very nice people.

Anxhela was a super good hostess. She was very concerned about our well-being and was always immediately available for communication. Everything was super relaxed and very pleasant both in advance and during the stay. The grounds and the house are beautiful, really clean and well equipped. We would book the house again and would have extended our stay without hesitation. Thanks a lot :)

Check in with Zeni was great. The apt is in a lovely location, quiet with beautiful sea views and easy walking distance to restaurants and beach clubs. Apt is on 2nd floor with lift not working and there is no AC in second small bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay. He has a desk in the apartment allowing us to both remote work. He is very responsive and we would book again . Clean, convenient and ready for remote working.

Kleo was super helpful and gave us a bunch of good tips for our time in Korfu! The flat is located in what feels like a bit more of a residential area and locals of all ages hang out at a great coffee spot in front of the building. The flat itself has all the amenities needed and some grocery shopping is close by. We had a car for most of our stay, so due to it’s location slightly out of the old city center, we were able to get everywhere quite comfortably and without much hastle. Only Cons might be, that it is a bit dark overall and if you prefer to sleep with windows open it can get a tad noisy due to the airport close by. On the good side though, on our last day we could simply walk over to it in like 10 mins and he had ear plugs available.

The apartment was so beautiful and perfect, it had everything you needed and such an amazing view overlooking the beach and Corfu. The apartment was close by to the pier and local restaurants. Zana was an amazing host and we were provided with a booklet with everything you needed, places to go, the location to tell the taxi drives and numbers to local drivers and tourist attractions. If I’m ever in Sarandë again, this is the place I would book, thank you Zana for an amazing birthday trip!!

What a place !!! The apartment is as good as the photos , it is in a peaceful area but right on the edge of all the hustle and bustle . So you have the best of both worlds ! The views of Garitsa bay are amazing , I can’t imagine that there is anywhere in the area that has better views of the bay , especially from the roof top of the apartment building. Getting up early and having your breakfast there whilst the sun rises is something not to be missed . You are completely transported to a different world and it’s a great way to start the day ! Last but not least Xanthi the host is a lovely woman who is always on hand if you needed anything and was very accommodating with check out as we had a late flight . Her attention to detail around the apartment really helped to make our final 8 days in Corfu exactly what we needed !

The property is well-located and offers good access to old town, restaurants and shops. The space itself is clean and matches the description provided in the listing. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. A strong sewage smell in the bathroom persisted for a few days, which made it difficult to use the facilities. While the issue was eventually resolved with the help of the host’s parents, the situation was uncomfortable for a portion of my stay. The communication with the hostess was responsive, but at times I felt the tone could have been more understanding. Overall, the stay had both positive aspects and areas that could be improved.

The views from this place are amazing. It’s in a great location and you can easily walk to both forts in town and the main restaurant area. Maria was so welcoming when we arrived and had some essentials stocked in the fridge for us. There were swifts at night that circled around the apartment area during the time of year we stayed and it was fun to watch because you are so high up. We would absolutely stay here again when in Corfu!

Love the location! On city bus route, close to all services, beach nearby, and the view is spectacular. Feride was friendly and helpful. Apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!
