Mauricio is a kind and thoughtful host! He went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I had a comfortable stay. The place is very clean! Imagine our surprise when we found out it was just 2 blocks from our favorite restaurant! If you love to walk you will never need a taxi because it’s less than 1/2 mile to just about everything in town. We had such a lovely time. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

We stayed for one month and felt very safe and secure. The stay was very comfortable. We especially were appreciative of the kitchen facilities, cookware and dishes. The king size bed was sooo comfortable with good quality bedding. It was a bit difficult to regulate the temperature in the shower and we would have liked a bit more water pressure (especially for doing hair). Once a week Mary provided laundry service for linens and towels, as well as she provided bottled water. Very much appreciated! The back terrace is lovely but we found the furniture not very comfortable for long periods of sitting with the exception of the hammock which was very enjoyable. The neighbourhood was a bit noisy at times with many barking dogs but it was bearable. Within a block or so we had access to groceries, meat market, fruit and veggie market and laundry service. Mary was the most responsive host we have ever had, always checking in, and promptly providing our requests! Highly recommend!

Very cute, charming house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice pool. We loved the decor and feel of the home, which was also very centrally located in Valladolid! We were very comfortable there when we weren’t out exploring. Cristina is very kind and communicative - highly recommend staying here!

Priscila dsd the moment one was accessible, friendly and very attentive!, I take us some elote tamalitos at night delicious and gave us tips in case we wanted to go out, the whole time it was attentive to us, vdd that would return to the house, everything was incredible

It is a very central house just 2 blocks from downtown. With excellent amenities in the surrounding area. There's even a cenote around the corner from the house. There are shops and a tortilla factory very close by. In conclusion, it is in an excellent location and the house needs nothing more than time to enjoy everything there is. I suggest that if you are going to rent this house, it should be for at least 4 days, since there is no time to do everything available in the area
