Vacation rentals with a patio in Kato Korakiana

Aldisen is a lovely host, responsive to messages. Its multi-apartment villa is beautiful, especially with its panoramic elevator. All rentals are tastefully furnished and modern. you can park your car in the courtyard for your comfort. i highly recommend this choice.

Upon arrival we were well helped and given clear information from the apartment and the area. We got another upgrade with sea view apartment upon arrival. The apartment was very nice and clean. recommended

We stayed for a week at Eriko's appartment. Just 5mn walking distance from all restaurants and party in Saranda. Very nice and cosy flat overall

Host was very communicative and proactively checked in to see if we needed anything. They met us at the door to welcome us and explain everything. Great location a few minutes walk from town. Wifi was strong enough for video calls.

This is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Albania!! The location is amazing. The place is very spacious, has the most beautiful view from the balcony & has a nice kitchen to cook. The place is conveniently located, very quiet and a little away from the rest of the hustle and bustle in Ksamil. Perfect location and wonderful accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Limos is a very pleasant and friendly host who lovingly takes care of his guests. We were very happy here and will be happy to come back.

A beautiful, immaculate and modern apartment equipped with everything! We travelled with a toddler and had space for all our things like baggage and pushchairs. Was spacious for her to play and move around. Felt very safe and secure. Mosquito nets are fitted on all windows and patio doors and patio is secure so good for kids. The location is great with shaded tree-lined parks with flowers and playgrounds for children right outside the door. There are coffee shops, bars and restaurants here too and the most amazing gyros restaurant. A short walk into Corfu town is beautiful along Garitsa bay (a slight incline for those less mobile) you get to see the fortress and the sea along the way with beautiful photo opportunities. For those unkeen on walking, bus links on the island are easy and frequent and often no more than a few cents a journey (recommendable to tap contactless onboard instead of cash). There is a bus stop immediately outside that takes you to beautiful Kanoni. Thank you!

We had really great time at Laureta’s apartment! It was really easy to find following the instructions, at our arrival Klinti showed us the place and the private parking ( that was really usefull! ). The apartment was very clean and comfortable! Lots of great restaurants in the area and it’s easy to reach the sea both with car and by foot! Very recommended, we wish to come back in the future!

We were superbly hosted by Georgios and Raina. Very warmly and it felt like cousins coming to visit their family. A welcome with the heart. You feel like it's true and they really like to host people. The accommodation is very well renovated and authentic. Very well equipped. Parking space is a plus. Thank you so much for the bottle of local wine which we enjoyed very much. Water was available as well as a fruit basket with apricots from their tree (excellent). The south of the island is very nice and sleeping in this mill allowed us to have a great holiday. The shops are not very far by car and 50 m walk you can enjoy a very good coffee at Mikro espresso. Thank you very much.

Very nice stay in this accommodation which was perfectly in line with the photos and description. Well-equipped and very clean. The host is available and very responsive to messages. He also helped us with various logistical information. The accommodation is 13 minutes from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, a great asset. On a steep slope, it's better to be in good physical condition. I obviously recommend this accommodation for a stay in Sarande, whether with friends or family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very communicative. We arranged our check in time in advance, and she greeted us at the door when we arrived. The apartment was very modern and absolutely spotless! The walk to/from the beach was steep but not too far, and there were many grocery stores nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay. He has a desk in the apartment allowing us to both remote work. He is very responsive and we would book again . Clean, convenient and ready for remote working.

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

We had an unfortunate start to our holiday when my wife lost her passport . Ellen was such an amazing support to us. She spoke to city police, airport police, taxi offices etc. Ellen was relentless and warm and assuring in her support and we are very grateful to her for that.

The flat is in the great location, quite area, but the promenade is only a 5-7 minutes away with all the pubs and night life. Inajete and her assistant are very helpful and kind. We have even been given beach towels! Flat has everything, I probably only would recommend to add some bigger mags/caps for tea or coffee as there are only a little ones . Hope to be back there again!

We had a long stay (1 month) in Nermin’s place and everything ran smoothly, she and her family are very friendly and helped us with everything we asked. The apartment is a small and simple studio, but with everything you need for a vacation stay (if you need to work like myself, mind that the internet can be weak sometimes and the street a little noisy from the cars passing by, but if you keep the windows closed is fine). The location is good if you have a car or is willing to walk a little, since the apartment is located on a hill (most of the residential area in Saranda is). It took us around 25 minutes to reach the beach and city center by walking, which os totally worth it. Overall very good price for value 😁
