Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kathu District

very nice place. location is a bit further out but clearly stated on booking and can get taxis to patong and kamala easily

It was our first time air bnb in Thailand and overall experience is satisfactory. Cleaner was keeping whole house and all rooms tidy everyday that was plus. House itself is a beautiful house that has indulged us throughout our stay. Host Soda was very helpful too. House is well located in Pukhet, we found every activities close to us. For example elephant bath and ride 3 minutes, ATV adventure and zip line 3 minutes, go cart 8 minutes, tiger kingdom 8-10 minutes. Best massage place 10 minutes, bike hire 10 minutes. Money exchange 10 minutes. Old Phuket town 30 minutes, Patong beach 30 minutes, Phuket central shopping centre 15 minutes. Rassada pier 30 minutes, Many other good places in 30 minutes radius. In my opinion, two families can comfortably stay in this villa. All 4 rooms are comfortable. Gregory, was responsive and helpful. Thank you Gregory.

Yun was an amazing host, always very responsive and helpful with anything. The villa matched the description and was perfect for a peaceful vacation. We loved the pool!!! Would recommend this property and Yun as a host!

Overall, our stay was good. The location was very convenient and felt safe as well. Prapa was very responsive and helpful in accommodating me and my guest. She even offered to have the cleaners come in when I noticed some worms in the toilet. Overall, I would highly recommend this place, especially for large traveling groups!

Piotr's place was great and very peaceful. There is security at night. A cafe that is a 4-minute walk away is good for picking up snacks. It is close to Kamala Beach and Patong Beach.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique villa, moderne et fonctionnelle. Un petit coin de paradis au cœur de Patong, grâce au jardin et la piscine . Pratique, tout est accessible à pieds que se soit pour la mer, la ville, les restaurants ou autres loisirs . Très bonne communication avec l’hôte, je recommande à 100%.

Leon, the host, was extremely helpful and friendly the whole time. The villa is exactly as it looks on the photos. It was extremely clean, easy to find and enter. It's visible that the place was used quite a bit (i.e. it's not new) but we felt extremely comfortable and it was absolutely worth the price. There is complete privacy and peace. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our time at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The house and location were beautiful and it was a perfect space for our family vacation. We had 7 people spanning three generations as well as other family that came over to visit (after checking with Laurence of course) and never felt crowded. It was so much better than getting multiple hotel rooms and then trying to find shared space amongst the crowds of tourists and vacationers you find at hotels and resorts. Laurence also helped us book a chef who came in and cooked a delicious dinner for 13 people. The staff were wonderful and caring and treated us like family while we were there. We were honestly sad to say goodbye! It is also well located and is easy to get into downtown Patong or over to Karen Beach or Phuket etc. Takes a little walking or grabbing a car for further places, but the privacy, beautiful pool, rooms and space are well worth it. We hope to come back sometime again not too far in the future! Wonderful place!

Comfortable stay. Good sea view from the living time and swimming pool. Host was very responsive. Good place to stay for a family or a group of friends.

Pictures do not do this villa justice - it's much larger than it seems, has 4 floors, lovely roof terrace with hot tub and 2 more patios in an amazingly central location in Patong. Cleaning every day was a lovely treat and all the team who helped us during our stay were great including our host who was always very attentive. Would easily recommend and for what you are getting this property represents great value.

We loved our stay at Boyd's place - so close to the beautiful Kamala beach - just a quick walk of 2 minutes down the road, and we were watching the incredible sunset with our feet in the sand. I can't say enough about the amenities of this villa. We were very pleased with the functional items, as we had been traveling for nearly a month, it was nice to do our own laundry (bring detergent), and there were racks and several outdoor decks for easy drying. There is everything you need to make and serve simple meals including a separate kitchen - if you wanted to do a big dinner you would have to bring in different items for prep and service, but with planning that's no issue. The space seats and sleeps at least 6 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor private areas are lovely, well-maintained, clean. The car park at the door is a great convenience. Nice beds, good decor, clean. Staff were professional and welcoming, and were available 24 hours a day. Everything as pictured or better!
