Excellent stay at Asmae's, The residence is secure, the apartment very spacious in the heart and very accessible. We stayed there with our infants and grandparents. I will take over the same apartment on my next stay in Kenitra 🙏

The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable, allowing us to sleep well. We truly enjoyed sitting at the balcony, drinking tea whilst admiring the stunning views of the sunset by the sea.

Great place with a bird's eye view of the ocean. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of the waves! The apartment is functional and spacious. Mehdi is very nice.

If you’re looking for a wonderful apartment in Rabat overlooking the Ocean, then this is the place to stay! We had a wonderful weekend enjoying the city and then spending the evening on the balcony watching the waves crashing on the rocks below. The apartment is clean and perfect for family vacations.

Very good stay at this place where everything is available... Tranquility assured, multitudes of activities and the plus go to the beach on foot, not to mention the pool... Always good advice, always attentive, until you get up at 5am to prepare breakfast for me before I leave at the airport… (something I refused as a courtesy) Honestly, hospitality as you see little. Rachid is a very friendly and accommodating host. The accommodation is atypical and charming. The terrace offers panoramic views of the river, the Kasbah of the Oudayas and the Medina. The location is exceptional!! We highly recommend Rachid's charming home.

Our first visit to a Riad in Rabat and we really liked this location at the Oudayas. It was next to the Cornish, Rabat Medina, taxis, and beach. The staff were attentive to our needs. An amazing view!

Youssef is a great host, kind, courteous, available and accommodating. He cares about the well-being of his hosts. He gave a lot of suggestions and was very helpful. He responds quickly. The place is big, beautiful, very clean. There are 2 bathrooms and a balcony. The bed is comfortable. Great location. Walking distance from the train station, Medina and if you walk a little, just about everything is on foot: we didn't even need taxis. We recommend it unreservedly.

We had a nice stay, the apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped, the owner was polite and helpful, the location was perfect and secure.

Asmaa has a very nice apartment on the ground floor and check in was easy with a PIN code. We had a little trouble finding the address from the written address, but the direct link the host sent us helped us. Communication with hostess was quick and efficient. The apartment is spacious and clean and it has a full kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, blender, washing machine and the like. Everything worked out fine for us. Can only recommend.

This was my second stay at this apartment, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The space is clean comfortable and well-located everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable stay. This is not my first time staying with mama Fatima it is a pearl and the apartment is always perfect and there are towels etc.

we had an amazing time with the whole family, the appartment was really well equipped and just in front of the swimming pool. Adults and children had a blast. The compound is very secure and we were surrounded by really nice families. The location is just unique, while it wad scorching hot everywhere we had such a breezy month, very helpful when you have heat and sun allergies like my little one and I have. Hicham had been exceptional, from start to finish, he helped with any inquiry and made sure we had everything we needed, thank you so much in behalf of the whole family!
