House vacation rentals in Karterádos

We had the most incredible stay at Christa’s home. We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to find this gem! Christa was a wonderful host, the location is just 2 minutes from the centre of everything yet it’s so peaceful, there is a shop and taxi rank at the end of the drive, the apartment was clean and perfect. The animals we felt really made the experience, they would greet us every morning and we loved getting to know their individual personalities. We found it difficult saying goodbye to them all! Christa very kindly arranged the airport transfers for us, sent us recommendations and informed us of a firework event that was happening in Fira. We also watched some beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the garden. Personally we think this is a better option than staying in the centre as some of the hotels are rather overlooked, whereas this offers a peaceful, secluded retreat but at the same time you get to experience beautiful Oia! We 100% recommend staying, it’s a very special place!

The space is amazing and great for the cost. The host is super responsive and always gave great recommendations for all the questions we had. Would definitely recommend :)

No complaints, it was great from start to finish. Eleni and Nina are very responsive, pleasant and always attentive. The accommodation was impeccable, good location, clean… Frankly it's nice to travel in such conditions. We had breakfast included every morning, with something new every day! I would recommend this place without so much as a second thought and we thank Eleni and Nina for their hospitality, kindness and caring, thank you for everything!

Callaway Cave was a great facility. It is great for families or groups. It is private and in a quiet location but still close enough for a short walk to Fira (walk is uphill). The house allows for each group have private quarters but areas that you can all hang out together. Each cave house is unique and has a small kitchen and nice bathrooms. The pool area is also very nice. The host is extremely helpful and really helps to getting you around. He went out of his way to help our large group see Santorini. I would highly recommend this residence if staying at Santorini.

Nikos was a wonderful host. He arranged transportation when requested, gave a nice orientation to the island upon arrival in person - very helpful! Was available if needed - hair blow dryer died and he immediately replaced it with a new one. The view from the pool, terrace and living room is spectacular - as pictured. A wonderful visit!

The Villa is beautiful with lots of space. Very convenient to everything on the island. Host is great and would highly recommend if you’re looking for some privacy!

Our stay here was just what we needed after a busy week in Athens. It is like staying at your best friend’s family beach house. A little eclectic and very welcoming. Niko’s met at us very late after our ferry. He arranged transportation and a daily rental car delivery. We ate takeout almost every night as the view from his home is better than most restaurants. The bedrooms are good sized, the inside living area is small, but we spent every minute outside enjoying the relaxing and going to beaches. The ferry at the end of the doc, about 5 -10 mins walk downhill will take you and drop you off at white or black sand beach and pickup later. Walking to red beach over the rocks could be challenging but we were fine with it. Spent one day on the North send which was crowded. The drive was lovely. You can walk to archeological area. If you’re looking for action and nightlife you will need to drive. For us it was perfect. Thank you John for your attention to us.

Very smooth check-in and friendly communication. We found the location perfect because it was very calm and not as crowded as the other parts of the island. The kitchen is great for cooking but unfortunately, there were no basics like oil, salt and pepper. Also the fridge was constantly running which was a little annoying at night when we tried to sleep. All in all, we really liked staying here.

Dragon Group took great care of us and shared a beautiful villa with us for the duration of our stay on Santorini. This location is away from the touristy areas, but an easy walk to the marina and the black sand beach. Understanding that it is more removed, the refrigerator was stocked with milk, juice, yogurt, meat, cheeses, water, wine, and beer when we arrived, plus cereal, break, coffees, teas, etc. The villa was spacious and the patio was expansive!! We loved the soak tub (with our only complaint being that the jets didn't stay on very long, so we had to keep pressing the button). Transport was arranged for us whenever we wanted and many recommendations (with discounts or perks) for restaurants and outings. They were extremely flexible when we requested an extra 1/2 hour both when checking in and checking, then when our plans changed and we needed a driver earlier. Even long after-hours requests were responded to promptly. I definitely recommend!!!

My sisters and I really enjoyed staying in Thira. This place had amazing views and it was in a great location - fairly close to where all the action was. We also really appreciated all of Jackie's help - transport to and from the airbnb as well as helping us book a sailing cruise. I would recommend this airbnb and My Rental Homes to any of my friends and family.

The most beautiful Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! This place was perfect! Nice quiet area away from all the tourists. Super clean, beautiful furniture & view from the hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place and the best island location!

This little gem was amazing! Set up as two separate apartments on 2 floors, the privacy and space was great for 2 single travelers. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after being on our feet all day. The location couldn't be better - The town of Pyrgos is not bustling with non-stop tourists. We were able to take photos with no one in them, and really enjoy the views. We took the bus up to Ois for a day trip and were shocked with how many people were there (many from the cruise lines that let off hoards of folks.) Although it was a great place to visit, we were so happy to get back to our quieter town which has amazing views, good restaurants and is centrally located to visit beaches and other sites. This was a perfect choice for us!

We liked the place very much. Location wise this is one of the best. All the attractive sites are just walkable. The place is very neat and clean. The place had enough space for our team of 6 people and a baby. Most importantly the Sunrise and Sunset can be viewed from just ouside of the main door, which is the USP of this place. However since this is a cave house and the pathway of the entrance is bumpy it is not highly recomended to any physically challenged or elderly people especially who is using wheel chair.

Fantastic spot! Koronios is an amazing host who made sure we always had transportation to where we needed to go. The views from the house are lovely and the plunge pool was so refreshing. The space was everything we needed it to be. Would definitely recommend staying at Amer Villa!

We stayed for 2.5 days and 2 nights in April at this place.. The location of the apartment was in the Center of the island with the host offering taxi service from the port for 35 Euros. The place itself is beautiful and looks recently renovated and well maintained with all amenities one would need, well stocked kitchen with on the house juice, drinking water and croissants for a quick snack. The area of Exo Gonia is quiet during this low-season period and there weren’t any restaurants or supermarket nearby, the nearest of which is about 25min away by walk at Pyrgos village. The best options is to rent a car, which are in plenty across the island offering special discounts during low season periods especially. Overall a very pleasant stay, and the host offered us housekeeping service on both days making it very convenient for us.

Incredible location just a few minutes walk from the town, with private sunset views that you can't beat.

A lovely and private place, not too far away from fira (about a 15 minute walk up a hill). The place was comfortable, and Georgia was amazingly kind and very responsive. Would definitely come back and stay for a bit longer next time!

Would have like to have seen a Stephon frypan, collider for staining food, larger coffee cups and tea towels for drying dishes. We consider these very small items and not a big issue. We locked ourselves out of the roof and the owners came right away to let us back in, we were most appreciative. They arranged a taxi to pick us up from the ferry port 3.5 km away but not walkable it cost 30E each way so that we found a little expensive but no other easy options for us. The owner arranged an enjoyable sunset cruise for us. We would recommend this Airbnb in a heart beat.

Eleftheria was so helpful, our flight was delayed and he wait to check us in. Personally I think the place looks better in real life. We rented a car and there was free parking outside sometimes was busy but just a short walk. It’s on the other side of town but nice to be away from the crowds. There is a couple restaurants and supermarket within walking distance so you can always get things. It was perfect and would definitely stay again. Phe from London.

Super clean, beautiful place, good location between both city centers.

We highly recommend Alexandros’s listing. From start to finish, he was amazing! Our flight was delayed and he arranged someone pick us up at airport. They even helped take our luggage to room. He set up couples massage in our room. It was wonderful. The room was very clean. Looked just like pictures. The view was gorgeous. Very private hot tub. Breakfast in room was delicious. Walking distance to everything. You can’t go wrong booking this place. We can’t wait to return.

We had a great time in Santorini thanks to the many qualities of our accommodation. Our host always met our expectations and we were totally happy with our stay. We will not hesitate to come back to Odysseas for a new trip to Santorini and would definitely recommend it to our friends.
