Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Beautiful Smålandshus in vibrant village. Room for a maximum of 12 people. In the house, there are seven rooms and a spacious and well-equipped country kitchen. Two bathrooms with shower and WC. Washing machine and dryer. In the garden, there are soccer goals, swings, barbecue and outdoor furniture. The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful setting by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat ride and the view of the lake from the large deck. Just a few minutes away there is a swimming area, cafe and kiosk. Summer invites you to swim, fishing or boat excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility at (or on) the ice. We are located in the Småland garden where the countryside has largely kept its character as you recognize from Astrid Lindgerns stories.

Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. With a bit of luck you see deer and foxes from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. From April to October we rent out 2 kayaks.
