Listing is as described and photos - easy to reach by car, quiet, green, with all the amenities advertised. It does not benefit from all the luxury sought after by some, but it is perfect for quiet holidays away from the useless hubbub of the capitals... Take into consideration however that the spiral staircase is really narrow and only allows the simultaneous passage of one person. Climbing a wide suitcase on the floor can be problematic (unpacking on the ground floor will be easier!). Staircase climbs and descents could also be a problem for those with moving problems - it could be too steep. Ludmila is friendly, available and responsive. I will highly recommend the space /location.

Nikola went above and beyond in every possible way to ensure I was looked after. The apartment is perfectly located, has everything you need, and felt very safe. It was quiet for sleeping despite being so centrally located. 5 stars across the board!

The entrance of Villa Dionysus is presented with an elegant facade featuring large glass doors and a decorative iron gate. The walkway is bordered by a small garden adorned with blooming roses, leading up to the inviting entryway.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Bathroom is just a dream to be a dream. It's very quiet, yet you can walk to the centre of the old town in about 8-10 minutes. The cost of a parking space in the underground garage of the villa in addition to 12€ per day was very expensive for us. After a few days in Karlovy Vary, however, we noticed that it is absolutely local. Olga the hostess was always available, very friendly and helpful. For 20€ p.p. for 2 hours you can get the private! Use pool area in basement - which is absolutely worth it! We had a wonderful time there for a fantastic time. Sauna or massages can also be booked for other fees. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

A very well located, functional apartment with two large bedrooms. Lenka is very friendly and helpful. The bus stop is not far, but you can also walk to the city. For our dog it was also a nice weekend, because nature with many hiking trails is not far away. The car was parked in the yard during our stay. The supermarket and a really very good pizzeria are only 100 m away.

A truly remote but magical place, revived and run by a very hospitable family. The owner cook together with their guests about once in a week, and I was lucky enough to be invited. Definitely well booked (regional school holidays), but the atmosphere was relaxed.

Václav&Ilona are amazing hosts who have given us lots of tips (not only) for trips and restaurants. We felt very comfortable here, whatever we needed, they were always helpful. The place was nicely furnished, clean, tidy, with plenty of privacy, plus a rich breakfast with a large selection. Thank you so much for a great Easter stay, we will be happy to come back and highly recommend to all other guests:))

Dear Petra, Your apartment in Bublava was just perfect! Absolutely quietly located in a small cottage, it offered a wonderful break from everyday life. The decor was designed with a lot of love for detail, harmonious and extremely cozy. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen left nothing to be desired – perfectly equipped for every meal. This is a beautiful apartment to stay at just outside of Karlovy Vary. If you love the country side and want an authentic but accessible place to stay, this is the accommodation for you. The host is very nice, welcoming, and flexible. Highly recommend!

Prompt, reliable and friendly communication with our host! Thank you for the extra toys for our daughter, which was very friendly and thoughtful! Individual and tasteful apartment where everything is there that is needed! Great location for exploring the surrounding area! In the cafe downstairs in the house, there are very tasty crepes, in a feel-good atmosphere! Everything was right, thank you very much - we will be happy to come back!
