Our stay at the place met all our expectations! The location could not be better – everything is within walking distance, great restaurants and attractions right nearby. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, practically furnished and equipped with everything. Communication with the hostess was friendly, helpful and quickly accessible. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. Highly recommended!

An incredible opportunity -for that price it's a bargain- situated on the hill overlooking the river and the forest, it's views are breathtaking, and is surrounded by many nice cafes and restaurants nearby while still maintaining a sense of peace and quiet, which is extraordinary by itself.. The trails leading to the hill in the back of the apartment are also a nice opportunity for nature lovers who dont want to go too deep in the woods, very beautiful short hike uphill. The host very responsive and friendly, even gave me advice on very particular places that I want to go while on vacation, Like libraries to get some studying done. 10 outta 10 would go there again

Everything was as described and the apartment is located near the main sources. We particularly liked the view and Eva was also available to us as a contact person, although we did not need the help. Finding a parking space is a bit challenging, but solvable. A nice apartment!

Our stay in Karlovy was a short one night adventure on our way home from Prague and I'm so glad we stumbled upon Aleksandr's place. It was the perfect small unit for two people and the balcony had the most beautiful view! It was in great walking distance from the Main Street/town, but beware this apartment sits above all of that, so if you are walking, it will be a steep hill on the way back. However there are restaurants and grocery stores on the same level of the apartment that are very easy to get to! Overall our experience was great and we will hopefully be back soon!

We had a great four nights at Iva's lovingly appointed place. It is the ideal base for any activities in and around Karlovy Vary, to the spa overlooking the city it is within walking distance. We particularly liked the many small windows in the apartment overlooking the romantic old town and to the viewpoints on the wooded hills. Would love to come again anytime.
