Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

I would give this beautiful apartment and Labrini more than 5 stars if I could. Everything was thought of, the presentation was flawless and a lot of thought had gone into providing an elegant but comfortable home away from home. The beds and linens were perfect and the welcome gift of home made goodies was a lovely touch. We were very sad to leave to continue our exploration of Greece but if it weren’t so far away from home, I’d love to return for longer. Thank you for a memorable stay, Labrini and Christos.

It was a beautiful place clean tidy warm with great spaces and all the modern comforts of an accommodation. The area is beautiful with lots of options and things to explore. Aleka and Antonis were the best landlords we have ever met. Always smiling ready to assist in any of our requests so kind and cheerful. We most definitely are going to visit again this beautiful place.

The location is great, right across the park / square, a view of the ocean, and right in the centre so you can walk to all of the great restaurants and shops. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in the farm cottage for three weeks and will not hesitate to recommend the house to our friends and other customers . We would like to thank all who took part - especially Thalia and our Host. He is a very charming person and offered us fresh and biological fruits, vegetabels for our desposal - and Thalia was always a kindly, competent and helpfully person with good suggestions. The area was quiet and relaxing but not to far away from the main sector. You will hear in the morning animals from the farm nearby like chickens, donkeys and peacock`s - we all loved them so peaceful and beautiful. Domino (and the other cats) we had immediately closed in our hearts . Thank you for your awesome paradies and the great hospitality we encountered. We are looking forward to come back! Maria was super lovely and welcoming. Amazing communication and wonderful host. She helped with booking a taxi and gave us a local recommendation as well as letting us checkin early and stay at the pool after checkout so we didn’t have to wait with our bags in Keri for hours. Also very cute dogie
