Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kansai

With a conbini [Lawson] and transit entrance on the same block, it’s so convenient to get around from this AirBNB. The air condition is amazing after a hot day, and the large tub was a surprise.

因為自己手殘算錯訂錯日期，少住到一晚很可惜，有洗脫烘衣機很方便，可以帶乾淨的衣服回家心情就很舒心，謝謝房東給的任何幫助和建議都很有用，用這間民宿開啟我第一次住airbnb的經驗是很棒，在日本住過家庭房源就完全不想去住飯店，下次帶家人來名古屋還會想住這間民宿👍🏻👍🏻

Everything was fine. They were clear and responsive when you needed it. The place was nice and peaceful—a good location between the two main stations.

Wow! We are left with no words for how great this stay was. Everything from start to finish was taken care of. Clear communications and instructions, free supplies like water, shampoo, shaving Linge etc- basically anything you could need was there. The room is pretty spacious and the bathroom and toilet are clean and big as well. Very comfortable and close to the city, we walked everywhere (except for big tourist attractions, those are a 20 mins away with subway). Amazing, thank you!!

La maison est dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et proche de la gare. Le seul petit détail c'est qu'il n'y a pas de placard dans la grande chambre à coucher, donc on a laissé nos vêtements dans la valise. Pour les moyens de transport, on se déplaçait en Uber mais j'ai vu des arrêts de bus à proximité de la résidence. Pour la cuisine, il y'avait juste l'huile et le vinaigre ,quelques assiettes et l'essentiel pour réchauffer un plat.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was spotless, with both indoor and outdoor bathtubs that made for a truly relaxing experience. It’s incredibly cozy and well-designed, with a perfect location—just a short walk to the subway and the river. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kyoto!

Really lovely stay! It was very clean. Many towels, pillows, blankets were provided. It was a fairly quiet area. The air conditioning was great. Would recommend this location if you are trying to stay closer to Gion. It is further from the train station, but everything is pretty spread out in Kyoto.

A very pleasant and cozy appartment, and a really thoughtful and friendly hostess that takes care of everything. We felt right at home here, and can only recommend it.

We had a great stay at this home. Our group of 6 comfortable stayed amongst the 3 upstairs bedrooms. Like most Japanese homes, the toilets and shower rooms are separate. This home had 2 toilets and 2 showers. The washing machine works great, and the drying functionality (hanging clothes in the bathroom by a drying vent) worked as well. We loved the location, walking distance from the Fushimi Inari shrine and across the street from a 7/11 and walking distance from 3 different train stations. Very easy to get around the area! We visited for the Osaka expo and had a terrific time. This was a perfect home base with everything we needed at home, great location for walking around and easy public transportation access. When we needed more coffee the host got back immediately and before the end of the day coffee was seamlessly restocked - just wow! Even though we were a big family, there was plenty of room for everyone, privacy but also a common space to hang out in. Easy for entertaining - there was even a nintendo switch under the tv. Plenty of phone chargers too. I loved that there was always hot water for us all to bathe and take showers. The elevator was perfect for those of us who appreciated not having to go up and down stairs. And it was SO CLEAN! 1000% recommend this spot!

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Togas Haus gefühlt. Es war groß & geräumig, hatte genug Platz für alle und war toll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren gemütlich & schön groß. Wir hatten genug Platz die Koffer zu verstauen & sogar unsere Sachen auszuräumen. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und der Essbereich war super gemütlich. Wir hatten eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner was uns den Alltag sehr erleichtert hat. Nur die Lage würde ich etwas kritisieren. Mit dem Bus ist man in ca. 30 Minuten in der Innenstadt. In der Umgebung gibt es auch Supermärkte und Konbinis aber wenn man etwas erleben möchte muss man schon etwas weiter fahren. Trotzdem ein tolles Haus, was ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen würde!

Good location! One stop away from Kyoto station but totally worth the price and home is beautiful

Junko’s place is beautiful and incredibly well decorated. Every aspect is taken care of to make you feel cozy and welcome. Junko was very kind and welcomed us with a ride from the train station and a tour of the place. The place is located in a very beautiful part of the country, with lots of temples, shrines, and scenic routes nearby. We also were able to easily do daytrips to Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka.

I had a wonderful stay at A Day in Khaki's! The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, minimal, and thoughtfully decorated with all the amenities my family and I needed. The location was perfect—situated right across Nijo Castle, close to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Staff member, Kevin, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. He even assisted us in booking taxis for our next destination. 10/10 Recommend!

숙소 깔끔하고 위치 괜찮아요. 도톤보리에서 살짝 걸어가면 있는 곳이라 숙소 위치까지 소음이 들리거나 하지 않아서 조용합니다. 침구류나 전반적인 청결도 좋은 편이었고, 도톤보리/덴덴타운쪽을 메인으로 여행하실 분이라면 추천드립니다.

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

This is an extraordinary place. The location is in the heart of the buzzing Gion district, and everything easily walkable. They hosts were helpful & flexible with us leaving bags before and after. The space is unbelievable and rare. It's very spacious, which was a relief after being crammed in prior hotels. Basically it is a giant and very cool room, with attached bathroom and laundry wing. Bedding comfy. The place feels funky. It has absolutely everything you could need. It is not a shared space with anyone else, it's all yours and private. We travelled with 2 toddlers and the space was perfect. Huge room to run and climb, with plastic kitchenware, toys and books. As the host mentions, it is across the hall from a rooftop bar that can be a little noisy, but also distant bars and the district is noisy and busy in general, it was okay. It was neat and fine but could use a deep clean (it would be a hard space to keep perfect), but overall wonderful. 10/10.

Sakura was an amazing host! Her communication was quick, clear, and incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. The location couldn’t have been better, everything I needed was just a short walk away, from restaurants to convenience stores and train stations. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. 지역 이름 그대로 살기좋고, 길게 있고싶은곳 언젠가, 살거나 길게 여행을 하게되면 나가이공원 주변에서 꼭 머물고싶다는 생각이 항상 있었습니다. 휴직을 하고, 드디어 용기를내서 왔네요. 운이 좋게도 이 숙소가 있어서, 선택하게 되었어요. 숙소에 대해선 사실 세탁기만 있으면 다 없어도OK 라는 생각이었는데, TV, 레인지, 세탁기, 에어컨까지 다 있어서 너무좋았어요. 불만이 전혀 없어서 숙소 내부에 대해 뭔가 가득가득 쓰고싶어도 떠오르는게 없네요. 호스트는 오사카사람 그 자체입니다. 활기차고, 웃음이 많은 밝은사람이며, 모두와 금방 친해지는 사람이에요. 숙소 관리자와 같이 밥먹는걸 경험해본적 없었는데, 함께 밥도먹고, 사소한 일상적인 대화도 하며, 덕분에 즐거운 시간이었어요. 무언가가 필요하거나 부족한 부분이 없는지 항상 확인해줍니다. 혹시 오시는분이 일본어나 영어를 못하더라도, 통역어플이 있으니까 어떻게든 도와줄거에요. "외국어는 다른나라의 말이니까 어쩔수없이 틀릴수밖에 없으니까, 틀리더라도 좌절하지않고 꾸준히 쓰며 익숙해지면된다" 라는 생각의 호스트라서, 정말 멋있다고 생각합니다. 예정때문에 지금은 잠시 나고야로 이동했지만, 당장이라도 돌아가고싶을정도로 여전히 생각나는 지역이고 정말 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 지역의 사람들도 친절하며 웃음이 많아요. 함께있으면 미소짓게되는 분위기의 사람들이 사는 동네이고, 항상 조용한 분위기의 마을이지만, 주말이나 스포츠경기가 있는날은 활기넘치는 마을이 됩니다.
